Papa Johns Pizza

This location is ridiculous across the board. This is my second issue with the location. Placed an order on Sunday 2/20 and the delivery driver left the order outside on the ground in the dark and did not ring the doorbell. We never knew the pizza was delivered. Stupid thing is there is a table outside of the front door. This the worse service. Not only having a racial issue last year inside the store and the general manager did nothing. Not ordering here again and calling corporate.

Usually I don’t have anything bad to say but here goes. I ordered an epic stuffed crust pizza and wings 2 nights ago. I get my order and it’s the wrong pizza. The label is correct, but the wrong pizza was in the box. I also ordered wings which arrived cold. I called the store and after 40 minutes of being on hold, my husband called the main line. We spoke to someone who then tried to call the store and after 10 minutes came back on the line to say they were putting in a note about my order. So far I have not heard anything about my order being wrong not offered a credit or a refund. I’m very disappointed, I hate leaving bad reviews.

I ordered a pizza from this location, with two toppings totalling $18. I was not expecting the pizza to be the size of Pizza Hut's personal pan pizza, not for $18. Also, the pizza crust was dry and brittle. If you are anticipating quality and tasty food where you get your money's worth, avoid utilizing this location. They should be embarrassed and ashamed to sell such poor quality food especially at such an expensive price.

I have ordered here a few times with NO issues, but today it took them 3 hours to deliver the pizza. By the time it showed up I had already called to cancel and get my refund. The driver shows up and says he apologized and was also fired. I think it was a big mess up and actions have consequences, but I hope that he finds a new job soon and everything works out.

Okay today I ordered a pizza and papadia. The papadia was hard it’s didn’t feel fresh out of the oven. The pizza was okay. Like two weeks ago I had ordered two pizzas i know I was kinda drunk but I know one of the pizza wasn’t chicken it was only cheese I didn’t like that. Other time I ordered I think it was half and half but I got Pepsi, I don’t drink a lot of soda sometimes they are good I like it and I appreciate but sometimes it’s just the people don’t want to do anything. The only thing why I still order from here because the other pizza places takes a long time to come to my house and always ask for tips. Sometimes I will try to give you tip. I do like papa John but some days they not doing well with the food.

THIS IS TERRIBLE. MOST OF THE 5 STARS ARE BOTTED Terrible. We orders a single pizza with breadsticks and a soda, and never received it. We waited 2 hours before calling them, and was lied to several times saying it’s on its way when we live 5 minutes away. They say it’s been on the road for 20 minutes which is bs. They assure it is on its way, but again we live five minutes away, so know they are lying. We call 3 times before we get a refund, each call with 5 minutes of ads. Would not recommend
