Mod Pizza

The food is decent but the staff is horrible at the Bowie location. I was the only person in the store, while there were 3 workers. They continued to talk and laugh amongst each other. No one acknowledged me, no one attempted to took my order. After several minutes of standing, still not being addressed, I left. The food is definitely not worth the poor, POOR service. Definitely will not be coming back.

So I'm not really understanding the benefit of online ordering with them. Placed my order at 5:20p online. It said order would be ready for pickup at 6p. Got to the store at 6:02p and called and pizza was not ready. Not sure what takes almost an hour to make an online order for a small 8"pizza but... Can't say I recommend their service when it's this slow. 😐😐😐 Their sign literally says ... SUPER FAST????

MOD pizza at 15511 Annapolis rd., Bowie M.D. I will NEVER go there again...I was rushed with nobody else in the store!! I wasn’t greeted, there was no explanation about the different sauces, when I asked about a vegetarian meat choice I was swiftly told that there was none...I simply felt like the employees didn’t want me there. Even at the end of the experience, I asked about the finishers, to no avail...the representative chose to point at the menu (which explained the finishers) rather than tell me. Again, I could see if the store was packed and they were in rush mode...but I was the ONLY one there ordering!! @modpizza I was truly disappointed. The thing is...this brands pizza is good. At $8.27 for an 11 inch create your own pizza, you’re definitely getting a good deal. They have a thick crust option, mini pizza option, salads, cheesy garlic breads, a plethora of toppings, and drinks that will quench your thirst. They have a few locations in the D.M.V area, maybe another location will treat me better than the aforementioned location. Other than the service...go try this pie. The parking at this location was good. **This establishment is Covid compliant**

The pizza is really tasty here. And it's great to get all the toppings you want at one price. Crust is hearth-baked and crunchy. I marked it down one star because if you dine in the line can take a long time because of all the customizing. Also, it's really noisy. Chairs move like nails on a chalkboard. Get some gliders!
