Visited Utah for a week and this was possibly my girlfriend's favorite stop (better than the parks). The restaurant is small and cozy, the cocktails were great, and the steak was amazing. Very interesting place. Both indoor and outdoor seating on a literal ranch! Food was OUTSTANDING. Everything was fresh and tasted garden grown. Whoever is in the kitchen has their own signature style on this food, beautiful experimentation with it. It’s worth the wait! Very nicely done.
