My husband and I recently found Rollin Greens and tried their products, and we absolutely love them! Rollin Greens Ancient Grain Millet Tots and Crispy Cauliflower Wings are our new favorite treats. Not only are they absolutely delightful, but the tots are also organic, gluten free, and vegan, and the cauliflower wings are gluten free and vegan. Rollin Greens products are like the ultimate healthy comfort foods, and they literally have so many uses. They are incredible by themselves, as a side to a meal, and the possibilities for incorporating them into recipes are limitless! We love adding the Teriyaki Cauliflower Wings to Asian inspired rice bowls. We also made an incredible baked mac n cheese using their Sweet Mustard Cauliflower Wings. And their Ancient Grain Millet Tots are just so amazing with anything. We add them as a side to a lot of our meals. I highly recommend this brand for delicious classic comfort foods recreated with clean, plant-based ingredients. These foods require next to no prep time and the shipping process is super easy. Rollin Greens packages everything nicely with dry ice to keep the food fresh. These foods are especially nice if you are gluten free, vegan, or enjoy eating foods made with clean and wholesome ingredients. The Cauliflower Wings and Ancient Grain Millet Tots really satisfy that craving for fried comfort foods that we are unable to eat anymore since switching to a healthier diet with foods free from gluten and dairy that are made with clean and natural ingredients.

Rollin Greens catered my August 2014 wedding. The food was phenomenal and we received many compliments. They contracted a serving staff for us and everyone, servers and Rollin Greens representatives included, were incredibly friendly. The three star rating is for a bit of poor customer service I feel I received. I specifically requested that certain services be provided during my event (moving ceremony chairs to the reception area) and Lindsey informed me that extra servers would be necessary in order to facilitate my request. I was happy to pay extra for additional servers and Lindsey made the arrangements. Unfortunately, despite the extra cost and extra manpower, it was several of my guests who were left with the task of moving the chairs. They volunteered their time and sadly missed parts of our celebration. When I brought the issue to Lindsey's attention after the event, my concerns were received in a less-than-professional and not-so-nice fashion and I was told that it was my fault that there weren't enough servers to serve food and move chairs at the same time. I believe, however, that provided with the number of guests and the tasks requested of the serving staff, it is the vendor's duty to plan appropriately and in turn advise the customer of what is needed. When there was a concern with the number of servers, she expressed it and we made appropriate adjustments, yet somehow I was still blamed for not having even MORE servers and not planning adequately. Bottom line is that these guys know what they're doing when it comes to the food but there is room for growth in their catering coordination and customer service skills. Eat at the truck frequently but be a little more wary when it comes to your event planning.

RollinGreens was an absolute pleasure to work with. Professional, kind, detail oriented, fair, and of course, amazing food....My wife and I wanted to have a food truck cater our wedding. We sent out 5 or 6 emails to local food trucks and barely even heard back from most companies. Lindsey, however, was quick to respond with detailed information and follow up questions for me. They served 130 plus people in under an hour an a half and left countless friends and family telling me how much they enjoyed their meal. Also, per person they are roughly half the cost of even the most simple 'traditional wedding catering' companies.....AND they weren't picky about our choices of bar service, venue, utensil choices, etc. They offer everything you could want but let you pick a totally custom menu/experience. Also, it's always fun to see a husband and wife couple thrive in business together! Be sure to contact them for your next event!
