The workers don't know how their app works, so they are no help when we can't get an offer to work. They won't honor a price when their app doesn't work. They don't really care. Not good customer service from employees who should know everything about the place they work!
Staffing issues? Come on now. This excuse is getting stale. Covid is over... get people in there to work. Closing at 2100 is not acceptable, especially when I see 6 to 7 staff members sitting in their vehicles in the parking lot at 2120, and the location is supposed to be open until 2300. Get it tog
They got my order right, which is nice because that's not always the case at fast food joints. But they were short staffed so I couldn't go in and eat. I'll still cooking back for lunch!
They put way too much sauce in the bourbon hamburger,, the cheese wasn't even melted.. and the fries were old and salty.. the young lady in the register was super nice.. the rest of the workers were just even a little rude..
Doesn't accept Wendy's rewards, employees don't know how to scan coupons. UPDATE: They've been scanning coupons, but had to go to a different Wendy's to redeem a reward through the app.
