We placed an order for 27 the day before and when I showed up at Mod Market to pick it up, it was ready, correct, and organized! Edwin in Boulder was excellent, and made sure that we had a wonderful experience. Really fantastic experience and made our celebratory lunch a joy!

Went in for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. We were promptly informed by the kitchen staff that they were unable to do ANY sandwiches. Terrible customer service, food never ready when it's supposed to be, but still pretty good food. I'll try them again in 6 months to see if it has improved, the last year has been terrible.
