Wonderful, authentic Italian food. Fresh pasta, fresh bread, fresh everything! Wine was amazing. My boyfriend and I went there for dinner and had some of the best Italian I have ever had. Highly suggest you eat here! Staff is very knowledgeable and very kind!
Traveling on business and needed a lunch spot. So went spooning and found this place. Small spot in a strip center. But the service was super friendly and the food was wonderful. Fresh bread and the cooked perfict great spices.
Delicious food! They have the lasagne in pans in the buffet line and you get to pick the red marinara sauce you want on top of it; regular or really spicy. Homey welcoming owners - wonderful for lunch!
This is my favorite place to eat!! EVER!!!! Everyone is so nice there and the food is to die for!!!
I love this place! Waiting for take out right now. Gauramteed to fill my wife's lovetank!
Yum. Amazing pasta and desserts!
Welcoming hosts, wonderful food, wine and dessert at reasonable prices. We bring our New York friends here and they rave. I love their Zucca (squash) ravioli with sage/ butter sauce. Mmmmm. Preceeded by their fabulous antipasto.
Great lunch.. Somewhat buffet style lunch. You get to choose from 3 kinds of delicious lasagna (try the veggie with spicy sauce), homemade ravioli of the day (zucca is awesome if they have it), and usually one or two other dishes including meat and a baked pasta. A green salad with three bean mixture on top, choice of veggie and bread comes with it. Great price, and excellent food. Dinner is full table service and a bit pricier but still good.
It’s with pleasure that I venture to Il Pastaio, a decidedly informal Italian place with about 10 high tables and sheets of spatter-absorbing paper covering green vinyl tablecloths. This is a family-run business, where you're greeted warmly at the door and engaged in tableside conversation, to the point where you feel part of the family.
Every review is a reference of your experience elsewhere. No-doubt this is the best I have had in Denver metro so far. They know how to run a restaurant and have exceptional marketing tactics. The FOMO of not being able to eat on weekends and limited seating, along with superb taste gives them an edge. Not to forget the daily draw of wine (you put your name and number/email, and they’ll have a draw from a fish bowl).

This is a fantastic hidden gem of a restaurant. Everything is cooked with love and you can absolutely taste it. They also sell delicious take-and-bake foods. We made dinner for 10 with just 2 of the family combos and everyone loved it. The waitstaff is incredibly friendly. Love it.
Incredible food, incredible service, and incredible people! I found this restaurant on accident while in the area and decided to give it a try. Everyone working at the restaurant was extremely kind and helpful. Their pasta and sauce is made fresh daily and you can tell! I love to see such an incredible family restaurant like this provide such high quality food and service. I sat and talked with them for more than 15 minutes and just barely began to scratch the surface of their incredible family history. I will definitely be returning here often!
Highly recommended if you are looking for FRESH pasta! It tastes great, very authentic, the owners are super friendly.
This strip mall restaurant/pasta shop is unassuming from the outside, but the food is amazing. We've dined in several times as well as ordered pasta to go. Our kids love watching them cut the pasta using the machine, and we all appreciate the delicious fresh pasta and specials. They do have different menus for lunch and dinner - lunch is an entree + side + salad + roll while dinner has more expanded choices. There are lots of tables in this small space and it fills up quickly, so highly recommend calling ahead for a reservation.
The staff is amazing and very friendly. I had never been here before but I will definitely come back next time I am in Boulder. I ordered the Pollo Parmigiana and did gnocchi instead of the regular pasta and it was fantastic. The sauce has amazing flavor and the gnocchi were the best i have ever had. Everything tasted homemade and was super fresh. The chicken was amazing as well, it was pounded thin but not to thin and had cheese and sauce on top and had the perfect crispness to the breading. My new favorite Italian restaurant hands down
We did not have to wait for a table. We had the imported Buffalo cheese on bread with tomatoes and basil for an appetizer. It was delicious. I wanted ravioli and the waiter suggested goat cheese ravioli with pesto sauce. It was amazing. The owner came and checked on us many times which was nice. It was delicious!
