I'm the morning travelers line up for an hour before it opens at 5ish, but a bunch of airport employees use the mobile app to order at the same time or before. So even if you are first in line you'll have to wait another half an hour before the one person making drinks gets to yours. They also are not great at getting your order correct so make sure to speak clearly. The staff is friendly at least.

For $5 for a cup of coffee, I expect it to be served with milk as requested, not half and half, because the barista is too lazy to bend over to get the milk. The coffee should be served in a clean cup, not one where the coffee is overflowing and staining the cup and my hands. Laziness gets you nowhere. $5 for a cup of coffee that costs you $.25 to make. Have some pride with the other $4+ you charge the customer.

Fast and friendly! They were out of of some pastries though, not really a big deal. A good morning hot green tea, before a flight!

At 0500 the line was already long. The folks were trying to get the orders thru, just really slow. Too early. Got to the counter after being called Next, then he excused himself to put trash liners in the trash cans. The next cashier called 3 other folks while I waited for the Young Man to complete his task đ¤¨â. Probably shouldn't rate until I finish my Mocha đ¤

Order was completely wrong and waited about 25 mins. One sandwich came out 10 mins before the other 2. We asked for no bacon and there was bacon on the sandwiches. Both drinks were rung up wrong and came out well after our food. I did ask them to remake my daughter's drink and was told that that wasnt what I was charged. While my drink came out very distasteful even with wanting a tall and being charged and recieving a grande..If you are in a hurry I would not recommend and be clear on what you want.

Looks like they just flung my sandwich into a bag. On top of that, they just said their espresso machine broke. I paid 6.75 for an espresso drink and never received it. Had to get a cold brew instead. Before the machine broke, I couldâve sworn I heard my name called for my drink and some lady took it. Then, everyone behind me in line was getting their drinks so I went to the counter to inquire about my drink to see if they forgot about it or something. I said âmaâamâ to one of the young ladies and she literally rolled her eyes at me before answering me. I wasnât being rude or anything; thatâs not who I am. I will say, the young lady who gave me the cold brew was kind and apologetic. The cashier was also nice.

I was impressed at how fast the line moved. However, my sandwich came out pretty lopsided. Staff was nice.
