I've come here plenty times and love it. The food is authentic & delicious. The atmosphere is very nice. You can either sit, drink a beer & relax or listen to music & dance. The place is a bit small but it doesn't bother me. The only downside is sometimes certain foods weren't available. There was one time, I wanted morcilla. There was none available. I had drove from Roxbury to Boston just for it. The guy felt bad & didn't want to disappoint so he quickly made us some. Either way, there's moriclla (as I've previously mentioned) chicharrones, platanos fritos, arroz con gandules, yucca, pernil, etc. It's a lovely place & the decorations are nice as well.
Great place to have some great tasting food lunch or dine in! They have amazing soups🍲 my favorite though is the Mondonguito soup que rico!! Also 🙈 I love thier dessert selections from tres leche, small cups flan all kinds of flavors too!! My favorite was the Kahlúa and Coffee and Cheese flan cups sooo soo rich and full of flavor they even had flancocho reminds of back home in Puerto Rico 👍🏼 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
We're visiting from Chicago and we were looking for some rican food. This was it!!! The atmosphere was wonderful, felt like home. The music and decor was awesome! The place is small and homey, loved it!! Ordered white rice beans, pork chop, carnita frita and Alcapurrias...DELICIOUS!! THANK YOU, we're so full!! Highly recommend!❤️

El mondonguito was a fun experience especially after 10. The restaurant turns into a little club and the beers are super, super cheap! Food is good as well especially the chicharron.
Stopped by here before our trip back to NY and the food was fantastic and authentic! Really loved the alcapurrias! Growing up my uncle had a restaurant and the atmosphere of this place reminded me so much of it. I felt like I was home 🤍
Glad I went. Stopped on way home. Yummy food. People are super nice there. Feels homey and like playing a game of dominos would be fun there. Def a neat little spot for take out or to just eat there with the music felt very authentic. Reminded me of the restaurants in my city growing up. Felt very comforting. Good prices too. Arroz con dulce was very yummy!
Beside the music and the Sangria! The food oh boy!! Since coming back from PR.. I fell in love with Puerto Rican food. Found this gem!! The stuffed banana with crab meat!!!!
