You don't come for the atmosphere. You come for the fresh authentic soup dumplings. The beef and green beans were terrific, as were the dumplings, white rice, and soup. We cone every year after seeing the Nutcracker.

Such a great hidden gem. Amazing authentic Chinese food. Dumplings were out of this world. Scallion pancakes were the best we’ve had. Loved every bite! Can’t wait to go back.

Found just opposite the Emperors Garden restaurant in Chinatown, is this little restaurant that has great food! The steamed chicken dumplings were fantastic. We chose to have the black pepper beef and Singaporean noodles (comes with chicken, shrimp and pork) which are really thin almost like vermicelli

I think this place deserves a better ranking. It has been awhile since I had Taiwanese Fried Fermented Tofu (aka stinky tofu), and this place had them! It was so good and authentic, similar taste to what I could find in Taipei Night Markets. Their dumplings are delicious too!

Came here on a chinatown excursion, on a seemingly endless quest to eat my way through Boston's chinatown district. The fare here was great, and the speed at which asian food is preprepared never fails to impress me. Everything was pretty good, and I'd give this restaurant four stars easily if not for those dumplings. Holy cow they were so good. The general Tsos was just OK, the sauce needed a little more flavor. The stir fried noodles were quite good, although a little salty. So I'm thinking "hey, not bad dumpling cafe, but I might as well get dumplings. It's in the name." So I got a plate of dumplings and WOW. The best dumplings I have ever had. Forget everything else. Just get like 4 plates of those danged dumplings. Amazing. Definitely a spot that deserves a higher rating than it currently has.

Let me tell you, folks, Dumpling Cafe is absolutely fantastic. When it comes to Chinese food, Dumpling Cafe is right up there at the top. It's tremendous, absolutely tremendous. The dumplings, oh boy, they're like little bites of heaven. Bursting with flavor, perfectly cooked, and just absolutely delicious. You take a bite, and it's like a burst of deliciousness in your mouth. Five stars, no doubt about it. The service is incredible. Now, some people might complain that the servers are unfriendly, but let me set the record straight. It's not unfriendliness, it's a cultural difference. It's important to understand and appreciate the nuances of different cultures. The servers are hardworking and dedicated to ensuring your dining experience is top-notch. They may not wear a constant smile or engage in idle conversation, but they're attentive, prompt, and ready to fulfill your needs. Don’t listen to the haters and losers at the corrupt Boston health department who rigged an inspection. Most inaccurate and fraudulent inspection in history. Zero credibility – total losers. Michelle Wu and her cronies are playing dirty tricks – very unfair!

This is definitely the best spot in Boston's Chinatown for dumplings! Service is quick and the dishes are large enough to share with everyone in your party. Get the crab rangoons, and the mini juicy buns with pork as an appetizer. For main course dishes I would recommend the Pan friend noodle dish with beef, for chicken can't go wrong with the Orange Chicken plate, and for another beef dish there's one with basil and cabbage (I think) but it's spicyyyyy.

Late night visit with my partner. Service was not super welcoming but quick. Frankly authentic places aren’t always welcoming so I took that as a green flag. If you know you know. We ordered the orange chicken, seafood fried rice, vegetables dumplings, and scallion pancakes(not pictured). Honestly was a lot more food than we anticipated so we were excited to have leftovers. All the food was amazing. Next time I will try the seafood or shrimp dumplings as the vegetable was a little dry. Overall, great late night spot!
