Beijing Kyoto Restaurant - Boston - Photo album

I felt that the ramen was reasonably priced for the area, which is to say it was on the expensive side for ramen, but very inexpensive for dining out in downtown Boston. The noodles were all excellent. The bite, chewiness and mouth feel were top notch. The broth was a bit disappointing. Perhaps we
Glad to see a ramen joint open in this area! I had the spicy miso ramen which was decent. The noodle texture was good, but it was a bit too spicy and I also wished they gave a little more meat. This place is new though and I'm hoping to try more on the menu since I didn't try their more popular rame
Pretty good ramen! We tried the Tanrei Shio Ramen and the Miso Ramen. Both broths were pretty tasty, although it might be a tad bit too salty. The shio ramen had chicken instead of pork cha-shu, but it was very tender and juicy. The egg was absolutely perfect, maybe the best eggs I've had in ramen i
Friendly staff and good service. Enjoyed the tonkotsu broth for its creamy broth, perfectly cooked egg, and quality tender pork, as well as the other toppings. I found the taste of the spicy miso a little peculiar, almost like smoked paprika. The noodles were cooked well. Over all, a good place in B
First, most remarkable was how fast and efficient the service was during Friday lunch hour. Second, don't be put off by the construction outside, I walked past it once before I saw it the second time. Third, this is the first ramen I've tried outside of Chicago that has deighted me as much as my fav
TL;DR - flavorful ramen at reasonable prices served by friendly and attentive staff. Heed the spice warnings on the menu. Amateras ramen seems to be a popular spot for a quick bowl of ramen on those plentiful chilly Boston days. We went there around 5:45pm on a Thursday night and were seated immedi
Consistently good. This is my TGIRF place to go other than traveling to Cambridge. Come early if Tonkatsu style is your thing. Portions are perfect, typical for Japan.
Loved the service and the food was amanzingly delicious! The place is very cozy and it’s the perfect location in Downtown or Financial District in Boston.
Modest, egalitarian setting for full flavored broth and slurp-worthy noodles. Honest six-hour bone broth deserves a try—Yokohama Tonkotsu. Server admitted they were still working on a Tan Tan offering. “Want it to taste special.” Will definitely be back when it’s on the menu!
Best ramen place ever had in town. Real traditional Japanese cuisine and chef, real soup broth with tons of real flavor, unlike other places. That's the reason they don't open all day and night, quality is the upmost importance. Highly recommended to any ramen lovers.
Food tasted really really good. I got the Extremely spicy Miso ramen, I was expecting some heat but I literally did not feel anything. Not spicy at all lol however the food was really good. The fried shrimp and oysters are definitely a must the shrimp especially. Will definitely go back painfully sp
One of my favorite ramen places in Boston. I had already tasted two different ones and both were delicious. The egg comes just perfectly cooked, the bamboo melts in your mouth. The price is nice, this one from the photo is 12,60 (I'm not sure about the cents, so its 12 something), Edo Shoyo. It's ha
best pork chasiu l I've ever had, tender but not too much fat, the chicken chasiu is also a nice touch
Absolutely wonderful ramen. Not a whole lot of seating so plan on waiting a bit. This is a great addition to the leather district.
This place was amazing! The server was very attentive to us and the food was *so. good.* Picture of the Chat cha shoyu ramen with extra egg
This ramen was absolutely delicious, wait time was short and I'd easily recommend this place. The area may not be the best if you are driving in since parking is sparse, and garages are expensive, but if you're going to be in the area then you definitely should give this place a shot.
