Fast service. The gentleman was a little snappy when I asked for a sandwich and I didn't tell him quickly what bread I wanted (I wasn't sure what they had)
Ordered a "menu item", nothing special...cashier was confused as hell! I pointed the the menu item twice and read the name very slowly for him to hear....still confused. Had to call another employee over for assistance, who then listened to what I wanted, pressed the correct button on the register
Huge Dunkin fan, love the coffee here but a little slow
Terrible service. Half the employees make it a huge pain if you order a large ice water, and half the time they charge you for a small coffee and then just give you a medium or insist they "only have bottled water." Also not very clean.
Order ahead on your phone. The line may be slower than what you think
Didn't know they did breakfast catering here, made my life much easier instead of individually ordering 10 different things for my team meeting this morning!
