Blue bottle coffee Cafe in Boston delivered really quick service and great bakery treat. I got a soft and fresh chocolate crossaint. They had a lot other vakery treats and coffee servings. It was super yummy. I definitely plan on coming back when in Boston again.

A nice, small coffee shop located directly in the prudential center. The baristas are very skilled and service was great. Food and drinks were also very nice.

I have been a HUGE fan of blue bottle ever since they were a little mom and pop shop. I was really excited when they came to Boston, and have been to this location various times. The customer service is a hit or a miss, but I have not had an amazing experience just an okay, I would give customer service a 7/10. Blue bottle coffee is always smooth and has a delicious flavor. Lately though, the barista has been overpowering milk into the lattes and the coffee has been tasting more like milk with slight flavoring, I would've loved to give the coffee a 10/10 but this time I have to give them a 6/10 for the coffee being watered down. Lately this cafe is located right inside the Prudential near the inner garden. It is an awesome environment to sit, sip your coffee, and people watch. If it wasn't for the milky coffee this place would be for sure s 10/10.

Warm and kind staff and some of the best espresso I've ever had. Five stars all around. I got a mocha and a cappuccino. Looking forward to the pour-over tomorrow!

Very good, kind and patient service. The atmosphere is good as well. I did not like the coffee with milk I ordered. I like much more the Puerto Rican coffee I am drinking now at my home. They should include perhaps this Caribbean coffee option. I always find the coffee with milk from Cuba, Jamaica, and Puerto Rico much better than the one from the US.

We tried the nola (iced chicory coffee) and the muscova sugar latte and they were both very good! We also tried the waffle toast and that was freshly made and crispy! It is a bit pricier compared to other coffee shops but we really emjoyed our drinks.

Today they had blue origin and Peru. STRONG!! You gotta watch how they made coffee! Coffee here is different. It's light. It's also not expensive! Time for Starbucks detox and head over to see real gourmet coffeeshop! I went to the one in Prudential and the staffs were super nice. It's worth seeing how they make coffee. You may not like this place if u are looking for a strong and bold coffee. We had Uganda and it was light and perfect!

Disclaimer: I love Blue Bottle Coffee (Been to their locations in SF / LA / NYC / Tokyo and Kyoto). I visited Boston for a week and was really happy to see this brand new location at Prudential Center. The place looks great, the service for a long line of customers was quick and efficient, the mozzarella sandwich was really tasty and the pour-over coffee was just awesome. It is more on the pricey side, but hey you got to pay for quality (and that's perfectly fine for me). They also open at 7:00am which I found to be more than great for early birds out there. See you next time!

This is inside the Prudential Center in the shopping area. I tried the NOLA and it was excellent.

My favorite coffee spot in all of Boston. Best tasting coffees if you are tired of Starbucks and would like something refreshing and special. Pumpkin cake is out of this world. And so are the people who work there. You can tell they love & enjoy what they do. You will feel the same in this cozy & comfy place that is in a mall but still with a nature view. 💕 After you shop at Apple Boylston or at Prudential/Copley place, reward yourself with the best coffee money can buy here. 😇

A very good experience ordering with the IOS App, Staff, speed of service, & coffee quality. Location Blue-Bottle-Coffee Copley Place's location is very busy with long lines - So download the the IOS APP to skip the line. The App: It is very easy to order on it, just select item, add to cart, pay, & your coffee will be ready in minutes. To pick-up: Just go to the pick-up area behind the baristas prep station & wait for your coffee if it is not already there. No need to ask staff just wait for it, they will call out your name, or place it there with a receipt underneath. Staff & Service: They were busy but still answer question in a friendly manner (pointed me to the pick-up area). However, don't expect conversation. So They were very pleasant and professional. The Coffee-Product: "Uganda Nebbi White Nile Natural " Coffee Pro: You can tell right away this is a high quality coffee. It was tasty with a slight & sweet bitterness taste to it( without sugar). Yes the app recommended to order it without milk for better taste & I agree. It has no strong coffee smell (i, e the other guy - Pike Roast ) . With one cup you don't get the instant caffeine high you would get with Pike roast. So this is a great alternative to slowly reduce your coffee addiction instead of going cold turkey. Con: Coffee size was only 12oz (too small for the price) for $5.35(tax included & no tip). My Coffee was slightly above warm temperature but not Hot enough & got cold really quick. The store/cafe needs better & bolder readable signs i, e PICK_UP AREA, LINE_START_HERE, etc . Overall - Blue Bottle Coffee is for a unique niche, It's never gonna be a Starbucks Killer. So I do recommend if you can afford it.
