Good food. The ma po tofu was mild. The fried fish and tofu had a nice texture and flavor. The beef dish had mostly onions and peppers. Decent prices for the lunch specials at $7.95 each which come with a bowl of rice. There are stairs to the entrance.

Family took me out for Father's Day dinner and had some of my favorite Cantonese dishes at Gaga Seafood restaurant in Boston China. Pea Pod Leaves and Ginger Scallion Lobster was delicious. The fried squab (have nor had this dish in decades) was very tasty and will order again (pricey but worth it). Salt and Pepper was so good, we ordered a second order after we finished the first order. Taro Duck is hard to find on menu, but we ordered it and it was very good. The asparagus steak cube dish was the only dish that we ordered that was okay. Overall a delightful dinner and highly recommend if you like Authentic Cantonese cuisine in an unpretentious setting.

Pretty good place if you're in the mood for an authentic Cantonese seafood restaurant. It's not Guangzhou, but does the job when you miss the food. Lobster sticky rice worth a visit. Eat it fast!

Hey I was gonna go for Japanese in the city but I didn't find a hibachi so we did something different. I Googled the best Chinese restaurant in Boston. Ga Ga Seafood....you go up some stairs and you know this spot is that spot. Food came out quick, full of flavor. And the service was five stars!!!

Second time visiting since 2005, so 17 years apart and nothing has changed, except the special raffle session at the end of the meal where you may win some discount.
Known for its seafood, the dried garlic soft shell crab was delicious and tasty. The highlight of the meal was the minced beef with egg drop soup and cilantro, very refreshing! The menu may say it’s parsley soup, but it’s actually cilantro. For those who can’t take cilantro, you may need to choose something else. Lamb Chop steak is simply done with salt and garlic, tasty while rich in fat. The clay pot frog leg dish is Uber delicious for those who are darling enough to try, it just taste like chicken, except more tender.
Long time Chinese restaurant at the heart of Chinatown in Boston, definitely worth a try!

I learned about this place from Fung bros YouTube channel. It is a Chinese sea food restaurant but definitely has a good variety of non sea food dishes. I came here specifically for the lobster fried rice. You can order a double or single. I order single which can comfortably feed two adults. It definitely is a unique fried rice and the lobster is fresh beyond doubt. Nice sweet lobster flavor. I wish though the rice had a bit more flavor in terms of seasoning. Perhaps have a spicy version of the same dish too Szechuan style a bit more spice to it. But I definitely liked the dish I just felt it could have been enhance a bit more. I also tried the giant prawn black pepper without shell which was amazing! Just nice fresh juice prawns coming smoking hot out of the wok. The next item was clam black pepper with black bean fried. Also fresh clams and good. it was a bit too salty but was good. The top dish in terms of flavor was the giant prawns but the lobster fried rice would definitely be the top dish in terms of uniqueness. I would encourage you all to try the lobster fried rice. The owners are very nice. There is good space in the restaurant to eat in large groups too. This is not a fancy place. A simple place but good for friends and family dinner.

Picked this place at random in Boston Chinatown. Nothing fancy, but the food was very good. Really enjoyed the seafood soup with some hot chili oil. Want to try some General Gau next time. General Tso's brother?

The food was delicious and I left very satisfied. The menu was extensive but like most places in Chinatown the drink menu is subpar. I would love to go back to try more of their seafood options.

Lobster sticky rice is a must to order! The salt and pepper calamari and pork chops is also packed with flavour!

Came for the first time on Sunday. The restaurant is really small if you wanted to dine in (but that's as expected if you're in Boston chinatown). The owner was really nice when I stepped into the restaurant.
I ordered the lobster with fried sticky rice that everyone is raving about. It's not on their menu, so you've got to ask for it by name. Market price on 9/19/21 was $36.30.
I ordered it to-go which took about 10 minutes. The flavor is definitely there. If you like the sticky rice you can get at dim sum, that's essentially what this was with stir fried lobster. My only disappointment was the lobster was absolutely tiny. Definitely less than a pound in that box. The claws were tiny and I only got 4 pieces of tail meat. For $36.30 that's definitely steep. For perspective, that's usually the price of a twin lobster dish. Hopefully it'll be a bit better when lobster season is back around.
Definitely worth stopping by though, especially if it's pretty late. They're open until 2 am!

My mouth is watering just thinking about the food from here.
Delicious food and friendly service. The lobster with sticky rice, salt and pepper pork, and garlic string beans… chefs kiss
I would skip the beef chow foon and get the items above

Definitely a 5-starrer. I got the recommendation for this place from a travel / food vlog and decided to check out for lunch. It was an weekend lunch hour, so the entire Chinatown was pretty crowded. This place does not look very fancy from the outside, but trust me, you won’t get disappointed. I went there with one of my Chinese friends. I reached before and waited inside for him. Irrespective of the pretty busy hour, the staff did not push me to order. There is some tea already served on the table, to start the meal. We ordered a house fried rice, a squid and shrimp paste sizzler fry, and a giant plate of lobster stir fry ( it comes two lobsters together in a plate ). The food was amazingly good. The portion size was big, and the entire bill was 55$. Pretty good deal ! I would highly recommend the place and will go back.

Very good food and service. A rarity in a constantly shrinking Chinatown (as a result of development pushing restaurants out). The lunch special is a great deal: choice of three dishes, coupled with soup and rice, plenty for a group of two or three people for only 20 bucks. Probably the best salt and pepper calamari and sweet and sour pork in Massachusetts.

Soft shell crab!! It is so good, crunchy, hot and crispy with the right amount of bite, saltiness and sweetness from the crab 😍 the lobster fried rice was good and a very good value for 37$ but they have a lot of salted fish over the whole thing and it was just a little too fishy for me lol. Otherwise the scallion pancakes were crunchy, perfectly fried and almost fluffy. Scallops were also very fresh and delicious.

Lobster sticky rice was so good I had to come back the next day and try the crab sticky rice. Ma pu tofu was nice and spicy. Soft shell crab was on point. Would definitely go to again if I were back in town.
