I was in the area and stopped by here for lunch. Overall, the plain pizza slices were excellent. Crispy, cheesy, and full of flavor. Honestly, one of the better Boston area slices I've had. Their mozzarella sticks were pretty good too. I didn't get those half empty sticks with no cheese and the sticks themselves were well seasoned. Service was quick and they offer a decent amount of seating. Parking is the main hassle for the area, but I'd try it again if I was nearby!

I’m in Lower Mills fairly often and never stopped in this place until today. Don’t let the outside facade food you. They have a lot more than just pizza, most of it homemade. I got a small chicken salad with tomatoes and it was dynamite and such a large portion I could barely finish. Can’t wait to come back and try more things.

Omg I love their chicken Parmesan with ziti, extra sauce, add red pepper flakes and wow!! The portion is so big I have eaten it 2 days in a row for lunch and it still tastes good each time! Food cooked in decent time from ordering. Also go to spot for a large slice of pizza 🍕. Place is kept clean and everyone working here is friendly.

Food was great... the energy of the woman who took my order was meh... she got a little upset because I requested something they don't do. "Ok... Im sorry sheesh... I just wanted something toasted." It was my first time there, and I tried to park in the back. It's really tight back there, so I tried to fit in a spot. I didn't realize I was parking in 2 spots because the lines were a bit faded, and Pat himself came out with a bit of an attitude and asked me to move my car. I apologized and told him I didn't know I was in 2 spots... and he replied with attitude and said "Well you are," and turned and went back into the building. "Well damn... sorry man... my first time sheesh "

Pat’s Chicken Broccoli and Ziti has been my favorite since I was a kid. Delivery driver Nora was so sweet! Food delivered was still piping hot!

Pats Pizza is hands down the best pizza in Massachusetts and that's no exaggeration. I love the plain cheese pizza. Very simple but so good. Great cheese, fantastic sauce and solid crust. Whoever has the 2nd best pizza is a distant second.

Very good pie. Thinner bottom undercarriage which was on the crunchy side. Dough you could tell was made fresh in house. Cheese and sauce had a great ratio. Looking forward to going back. I picked up my pie almost an hour late 🤦🏼♂️ Next time I’m sure it’s gonna be even better.

Locally owned small business that serves decent food (subs and pizza). I really like their turkey wrap and italian sub. If you are looking for a good sub and pizza place, Pat's is a solid choice.

I placed an order for the first time. The food was excellent. They did warn me the delivery could take up to 60 Minutes on a busy Saturday night. I was in no rush. The food arrived in about 45 minutes. It was piping hot!. I got the chicken marsala dinner, in which the portion was enormous. It was excellent, and I would definitely order again.

Loved the shrimp scampi pizza! It's incredible and the service is good. Other pizzas are also tasty but the shrimp scampi is definitely the winner. The wings and fries are okay.

Pat's Pizza is my favorite pizza! Everyone is always nice, too. I like the way the pickles and onions are chopped up for subs, and the turkey for some reason is the best turkey I have had, it tastes so fresh on a sandwich. I haven't tried anything from Pat's that I haven't liked. I am happy to have a go-to that is so perfect!

The most delicious burgers that it has become a pregnancy craving! Unfortunately, live far away now so getting them is hard but they have good pizza and cheeseburgers if you want a good burger come here!
