Van Shabu & Bar - Boston - Photo album

So disappointed - Didn't even get seated here. Wanted to stop for a late lunch with my kids and was turned away by the host saying they couldn't take any more customers?? There were multiple empty tables. It was the strangest thing... Updated to 4 star review. Not sure what was going on that first
Delicious all you can eat sushi and hot pot, though I only come for the sushi, tried hot pot and wasn't too thrilled with it. They also have regular menu individual plates and i was pleasantly surprised by their fried sweet potato sushi. I always take my friends here when we can. They also have bubb
If you're looking for a relaxed environment with good food and drinks, this is your spot. They dont have a huge variety of Sushi rolls or really special/exotic rolls but the one's they do have are delicious. Dragon, Caterpillar and Scorpion Maki are my favorites. Bruins roll is an honorable mention.
Really great customer service. The sushi here is excellent. I recommend the Godzilla or the Bruins rolls or the crab avocado salad. They even do pickup! The only downfall is that they close between 3 and 5 everyday.
Nice place! Great all you can eat hot pot and Sushi. Sushi and food is very fresh. However, they automatically add 20% tip and then want to argue why they deserve 20%. Ohhh and you better eat all that you order or they will charge you extra for that. I get it, don't waist food but dayum we didn't ea
This place has one of the best Hotpot & Sushi buffets in the area. Yes, they serve Hotpot AND Sushi for their buffet. It's a bit pricey, but only by 5$ if you only want hotpot. Their buffet is pretty much the only reason I come here...now to think of it I don't think I've actually ordered regular fo
If you're looking for the best sushi/Asian cuisine Boston has to offer, and for a good price, forget going into the city and come HERE. Stellar quality sushi, hot pot, appetizers, bar/drinks and more. The ambience, interior design and customer service are fantastic. I've taken so many people here an
I went there for my birthday and I had a wonderful time there. We had shabu shabu/hot pot and the deals were really good. They had televisions at every corners so if we wanted to watch a game, it's right there. Since it was my birthday, they gave me a dessert for free. I wouldn't fit anymore food in
Their sushi and hotpot buffet seems a little pricey but the variety and quantity is worth the price every now and then. Beef tongue is a great for hotpot and the spider roll is a great sushi option.
Let me start with food. It is worth trying! Shabu is super fresh, tasty and inexpensive. I give 4 stars because every wall has a huge tv screen streaming Fox news and sports and radio is blasting top 40 of bad cheesy music, it is distracting to say the least. As many ppl have mentioned here, servers
Van's new menu is incredible! Poke bowl is delicious! Ramen bowl is amazing ! I come eat here every day if I could!
All you can eat option is great, fast service and great food. Watermelon martini us amazing made with real crushed Watermelon. BE AWARE THEY AUTOMATICALLY ADD 20% TIP to the all you can eat option.
A great local spot near the Savin Hill T station. The sushi is on point, good selection of libations, the staff is so friendly and attentive. My buddy says the Crab Rangoons are yummy.
