Easy place to grab Kung Fu Tea
Busy location, but great boba. The coconut milk tea with zero sweetness was so good. The bubbles themselves were just the right amount of sweet. The workers were also flexible and let me use my own mug and straw.
As good as expensive. Even using perks from their application, it’ll take a $$$$ to get to the next loyalty level. Anyway, I’m obsessed with their drinks
The boba tea is always amazing. I usually get milk tea from here and it’s always good. The reason I rated this place four stars is because this isn’t top tier fancy boba tea this is just quick nice boba tea. I recommend this place to people who like boba or want a sweet treat.
Love the ability to customize your drink exactly as you want. They even have the process outlined for saying how much ice or sugar you want in your drink. The flavors are amazingly refreshing and so unique compared to what you can make at home. I love this place and will be coming back often.

The staffs are good and location is clean. However the bubble tea are not consistent. Sometimes is great and most of the time no that great. However price wise its not bad compared to other ones near by.
Best thing about this place is the variety of drinks and teas offered and the ability to customize sugar level in the drink!
