The service was not bad. The waiter answered all our questions and even gave suggestions but forgot few things we had ask for at times.
Remembered having the breadsticks few years ago and they were really good so I couldn’t wait to have them but this time they were okay.
I had the shrimp Alfredo plate and it was good. Tasted the fries from my kids plate and they were good too.

First time at Olive Garden! Loved the salad. I took the Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara. I wasn't a huge fan of the chicken, but I loved the shrimp and the sauce. The bread was good. Overall good experience.

Decently sized portions. the stuffed cheese ravioli was probably the best of the three plates we ordered. the fettuccine alfredo had an excessive amount of butter in it but still tasted alright. the spaghetti marinara tasted bare and almost like college dining hall food. it's olive garden after all. good service though.

I'm impressed bc last time I went yearsss ago I couldn't find nothing I liked ended up with some spaghetti with meatballs that reminded me of a tv dinner. This time I had the chicken & shrimp carbonada & it was delicious & fresh. Had the Leftovers for breakfast.Will come again.

Olive gardens is a restaurant whenever I celebrate a ceremony or have a special event decided to go to. Yesterday, I went to this branch for the first time with my husband.
We ordered shrimp Alfredo and chicken and shrimp carbonara for main food. The food was well cooked, served hot, and it came to a big portion. Carbonara tasted so good. The combination of grilled chicken and bacon was great. Highly recommended.
We did salad with our order. My only complain is about the salad which wasn’t fresh at all. Also, the bowl was quiet empty!In my photos you can compare it with the refilled bowl. I could realize the refilled salad was coming from a different source! The lettuce, tomato, olives in the refilled salad was fresh, cold, and delicious. I have been to other branches. Same there too. I guess it’s their policy!

We visited just before 3pm which meant we could get the lunch specials. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. I got the chicken parmasan and though it was quite filling it was a bit on the salty side and part of my chicken was burnt. Of course the location is great with ample parking and lots of other stores around.

Some of the food was fantastic! But some taste a little off. The staff is really respectful
and nice to to our family. Most of my family members say that olive garden was delicious. It was there first time coming. Thankfully that place haves the food we like and the taste that we like. Nonetheless, it's a great restaurant.

Delicious Italian food and good customer service
This restaurant, Olive Garden Italian Restaurant, is located at the far end of the South Bay Mall in Boston. This is also next to Holiday Inn Express or Mariott and about 6-7 minutes walk from Andrew Station on Red Line subway/ train.
When we went there, we had to wait in a queue for about 10 minutes. After which the service was great and the seafood and chicken alfrado, lasagna and salads we had ordered were all just so delicious and very well done. Truly the best Italian food experience we had in Boston. Not only the food tasted good, but quantity wise it was good - (nothing is small in America!).
The drinks were good too. The staff also gave us some free tasting samples which was such a gesture.
The ambience of this restaurant is also very good - it was a great experience talking and listening to our colleagues while we dined.
Will surely like to go there again whenever next in Boston. Slightly pricey :| and close early at 10pm I think.

Been here tonight for dinner and the first thing that comes to mind is how huge this place is. It doesn’t seem like a large place till you get in. The decor and lighting are perfect. There are some new $5 cocktails and drinks on the menu. They forgot to put mint in my mojito which I had to politely remind. My friend ordered a strawberry margarita which was splendid.
Being a vegetarian, I was short of options for food but whatever we ordered did taste real good. The molten chocolate cake is the best out of all the desserts here. We also ordered a tiramisu which came in frozen and it actually took effort to break it. We returned it back. Quite odd for a chain that specializes in Italian cuisine to mess up with an iconic dessert. Apart from that I found the prices to be reasonable but they could do a bit more portion wise. I would definitely recommend a visit.
