managers!!! pls add more staff to your morning shifts!!! every time i come i see your baristas completely slammed with orders and there’s usually only one or two on bar!!! give them a raise or have more ppl working!!!! they work non-stop to make everyone’s drink as fast and perfect as they can!!!

When I was visiting Boston I came here daily. The first day, I had to wait 10 minutes for my order, they were so kind and gave me a gift card for a free drink. Each day I returned, there was no line, and I got my drink in under 3 minutes. Also the staff was so kind with my overly complicated order.
