Asian spot in downtown Boston that's known for its fried chicken. It was near my hotel and my daughter eats here often so I had to try it. The fried chicken is as good as advertised and the Asian cuisine is also very good. This was my first time having Buffalo drumsticks but I don't want it to be my last.

I had time to kill before my tutoring session, about three hours, and this place helped me achieve that very end.
Firstly, I should say that I recommend getting one of the Japanese beers on draught. As far as the drinks menu is concerned, it will give you the best value and the beers are quite good. Otherwise, you end up paying just as much for a can of boring domestic beer.
I arrived early enough to get the lunch specials and chose to get the Dolsot Bibimbap for old time sake. It's the best egg I've ever seen on top, fully-cooked and well-textured. It was the hottest rice bowl I've ever seen, and with the right amount of gochujang inside and outside the bowl, the heat let me heat slower than usual, taking sips between bites hot enough to finish off the polar ice caps.
The service was good. Of course, it wasn't exactly primetime for the waitstaff with just two-three sets of customers in there. If not for the fact that there are so many good restaurants around there, I am liable to come back and try the fried chicken and other dishes, including Sushi.

Get the hotate hokkaiyaki! Get the hotate hokkaiyaki! Get the hotate hokkaiyaki! It’s sooooo good!!! You won’t regret it! I also got the angry spicy garlic boneless fried chicken, and it was mehhh. Nothing outstanding. It probably would taste better as wings or drumsticks. Don’t get boneless like I did. Also ordered the rabokki, and it was hugeeee! Very good too! I recommend getting that and splitting it with at least two people because the portion was a lot

We went to Crave on Sunday around 5 pm. It was not busy as we were early before the standard dinner time. We ordered 3 dishes; Korean fried chicken, spicy pork bulgogi, and topkoki. On drinks, we ordered hot sake. It was enough for two people. The food was good, and the portions were generous. We didn't even touch the spicy pork bulgogi as we were full, so we had to bring it home! I would definitely revisit this place and explore more of its menu! Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would highly recommend it!

I liked the flavor of my soy garlic boneless wings! Just a good amount of crispy. It didn’t feel fattening either.
We went around 3 PM on a Wednesday so it was quiet and almost nobody there.

I love this place, it's my Chinatown go-to! Truffle fries are absolutely amazing, atmosphere is chill, there's always something else I want to try on the menu. The "turn up" shots are also wicked good. Easy to take and yummy!

I would say this is easily the best lounge / bar in the area. With lots of great food and atmosphere. Perfect for dates, group, or drinks with your co-workers. Their chicken wings are amazing and unique but I feel like I am not doing the restaurant justice if I only write about that which they are known for.
Whenever I come here, I always HAVE to get the tuna dumplings (they also have salmon version too!) and they have a number of dishes that I like that I rotate depending on my mood. Their truffle fries are good (i like the side of sauce they provide).
I usually also order their kimchi fried rice. They also have a variety of salads that I like, one in which includes "The Amazing Salmon Salad" and "Spicy Crab Avocado Salad" are among my favorites.

Food was amazing, the chicken was delicious and crispy best I ever had. The sauces were good and spicy.

I had a good time there. They didn't really have vegan options, so that was a bummer. I had vegetable fried rice, and avocado sushi. Fries were made in the same oil as chicken so I couldn't have them. Staff was very kind!

Pros: Flavorful food. This is comparable to the Korean chicken I had in Korea, which I missed so much since leaving. The wings were crispy and just the right sweetness. The deotbokki was sweet and cooked in the perfect texture. I have too often had the rice cakes overcooked or undercooked at a Korean restaurant, but this place has it spot on. This is a great choice for those who haven't had Korean and would like to try. I guarantee you'll find something you like here.
Cons: This is not really a con, but if do not know this, you will regret not knowing before going: Order the wings first as you browse through the menu. It takes them a while to prepare them as they batter and fry them fresh in the kitchen. As soon as they come out, they are hot and delicious while you wait for your other food. Be careful not to burn yourself!

Went here for dinner yesterday night and the food was so good. Last call for food is 30mins before closing so we arrived just in time. We waited about 15-20mins for our food. We ordered appetizers but everything came out at once. There aren't any complaints about the food. Everything was good. We ordered the Medium size(18) wings half furious /half bbq (I requested all flats), the Spicy Pork with rice, the Gyoza(Pan Fried), and the fried shrimp (which came out in balls). It was all so good and the wings are so crispy and also juicy, it was perfect. I also ordered an Alcoholic drink, Juicy Pear Martini. It was fruity and so good. I definitely recommend this restaurant. The total for our food and the drink came to be about $84.

Really good! Love how they have an extensive menu that tastes fresh and looks amazing! They also have a drinks menu that includes beer, martinis, cocktails, shots, and a scorpion bowl.
Decently large place with decent space in between tables. Service is good but it can get busy on the weekends. People ranging from young to old come here and it's always lively!
Bathrooms are in the back which are clean. Separate bathrooms for male and female.
1) Truffle fries with parmesan cheese - really good! Would definitely recommend. Warm and fresh. Super crunchy on the outside and soft potato on the inside. Comes with ketchup and chipotle mayo. Tip: dip the French fries in both sauces at the same time - tastes really good!! Rating: (5/5).
2) Fried rice with egg & chicken - a little too Americanized for me. Standard fried rice. Could use more seasoning overall. Rating: (2/5).
3) Salmon & Tuna Dumplings - REALLY good. It's basically shredded crabmeat and small chunks of lobster wrapped in raw salmon or raw tuna to look like a dumpling. Each dumpling is placed on a large spoon that has a ton of soy sauce on the bottom. The dumplings could do withOUT the soy sauce though. I would have preferred the soy sauce to be on the side so you could control how much soy sauce you're consuming. Regardless, it was still really good and would recommend. The dish includes 4 dumplings for $15. Rating: (4/5).
4) Hotate Hokkaiyaki - baked sea scallop in a large shell with crabmeat tobiko, enoki mushrooms, scallions topped with cheese and spicy mayo served sizzling on a burner. It looks cool and tastes good and fresh! But probably wouldn't get it again. Too much shredded crabmeat and you could really taste the mayo. However I couldn't taste the cheese (which I'm thankful for tbh). An interesting dish though. Dish costed $13. Rating: (4/5).
5) Fried Chicken - size: medium, which consisted of 10 drumsticks. There are around 6 different flavours on believe. We got Soy Garlic and Angry. Soy garlic is mild while Angry has a spicy kick to it (Sriracha spicy level). Chicken was super juicy and decently sized! The fried breading was really good - crunchy, well flavored, and not too oily. Would definitely recommend the soy garlic and definitely the fried chicken. Rating: (5/5).

The Korean fried chicken has always been the draw. Do not miss out on the rest of the well executed menu. The hotate hokkaiyaki crab and scallop dish is a show stopper. Some of the best Kimchi pancakes that I have had north of NYC. I still love the spicy crunchy Korean Fried chicken. Solid service. Go early for best experience.

The chicken here has a nice and crispy coating while still being incredibly tender! It’s very tasty. They also have A LOT of other choices. It can be a little overwhelming. The service is good enough, had to ask twice for my beer. But the beer is on draft from another country and it was very good and fun to try.

This place has the best boneless wings I've had! #boneless #wings !! I enjoyed the mochi ice cream as well. :) The other food options are pretty amazing as well, the staff was a little slow though, but that's what you expect in a city I guess.

My sister-in-law said I had to find this place in Chinatown & try the wings. When I tell you that they were the best crispy wings I ever had... My brother ordered a crispy chicken salad which was great also. Looked around at other customer's food which also looked good & know we will definitely be back.

Crave-Mad for Chicken...known for their Korean fried chicken yet my favorite dishes from here don't have any chicken in them whatsoever. Crave is a pretty cool joint in Boston's Chinatown that puts together a trendy menu with creative food and drinks. Delicious drinks + tasty food = great place to eat and drink with a group of friends.
We loved the salmon dumplings! So much so that we ordered them twice. You can get this dish with salmon or tuna and it's a play on xiao long bao (soup dumplings). The raw salmon is stuffed with crab and mango and shaped into a dumpling and served on a spoon with some of their sauce. They're fun to eat but the dish will be gone within seconds. We also liked the sushi pancake which is more like a sushi pizza with the way it's cut and served. I get why it's called a pancake though because it's actually a fried crispy rice pancake with a bunch of sushi ingredients on top. The hotate hokkaiyaki was another cool dish that we tried. The presentation is super fun because a mixture of scallop with crabmeat, mushrooms, and scallions are served on a scallop shell and it comes out sizzling on top of a fire.
As for the Korean fried chicken wings, the first time we came here we didn't care for them too much. We got half spicy and half non-spicy wings but I thought the chicken was a bit on the dry side. I was expecting juicy and tender as they boast they make perfect fried chicken but they left much to be desired. Maybe they were having an off day in the kitchen because we came back to give them another try and the chicken was delicious! It was actually tender and the flavor of the spicy garlic was tasty. Non-greasy fried chicken? I'm in!
Overall Crave always provides a really fun meal for us and we were able to enjoy a few drinks as well. We shared a large sized "The Mason" amongst 4 people which was a LOT of drank. We've also tried the lychee sangria and got a pitcher to share and it was sooooo delicious. I definitely recommend this place.
