Seiyo - Boston - Photo album

Such a hidden gem! Cozy atmosphere and creative menu items. A satisfying beverage menu rounds it out. We particularly enjoyed the Kobe beef short rib roll and the Seiyo veggie roll, but you really can't go wrong. This South End staple is closing October 31st. Visit while you still can!
Came here on a whim for dinner Wednesday night, and it was just the two of us around 6pm. More and more people trickled in but we were given our choice of seating. It's a unique space with different seating options and lots of window seats. We ordered the Party Boat, which was more than enough for
Such a cute hidden gem! We wanted to get a drink before another reservation and this place didn’t disappoint. Really creative sushi options and they were all sooooooo good! They also have a cute wine shop. Next time, we’ll be making the trip to just eat here!
Fantastic sushi and service! Everything we ate was delicious - this place is a hidden gem. The employees here are very kind and the service is excellent. Our favorite things were the salmon-tuna tartar and the tsukiji maki. The lychee martini was also amazing!
I have been many times never disappointed. Always great... one of the best places to eat sushi. I can’t wait to go back! I loved the shrimp tempura and the tempura ice cream is to die for! This is one of the few places in Boston every time I go to Boston I have to go to seiyo. Staff is really friend
Not sure why the reviews here are not great. But we had a fantastic dinner and great wine! Most rolls are in the $8-12 range and the sushi boat for 2 is $60 and perfect amount of food with good quality and variety. The bottles of wine are reasonable ($30-40 most of them) and the servers are super kn
Delicious! And so aesthetically pleasing! The lunch menu is perfect. I felt full after leaving and it only cost $10! The staff was pleasant, and very hard-working. They made sure we were comfortable and our water glasses were always full. They also were super sweet and easily helped us by accommodat
Aside from a bit a of schetchy walk from my Hotel, the sushi and service were amazing. The owner was friendly and social offering advice and excellent meal service. Highly recommend if you're in the area!
Left ZC because the service was taking forever to come here. They were heavy on the martinis, came to our table the moment we all put our menus down, and the food was pretty great. Will definitely return.
This place is amazing between the food and the vibes I can't wait to come back! They have vegan options and beautiful seafood. The music is at the perfect volume and the wine cellar is so pretty. The wines they sell by the bottle to take home or by the glass with sushi. The seating was different but
A hidden gem in the South End, this sushi spot never disappoints, excellent sushi every time, the staff is friendly and on point, and the beer and wine selection is superb. Treat yourself and check out this fantastic restaurant + wine bar. And don't forget to ask the owner, Steve, for a beer/wine re
Incredible food, drinks and service. Always delicious. Highly recommend!
Great vibe, beautiful interior especially the window bar, kind & attentive service. The sushi was delicious (not to mention beautiful). Can’t wait to go again!
This place is a true hidden gem!!! I only give it up because we have moved out of the area :) Excellent food, stylish, friendly, cozy atmosphere, ample outside seating... But the best thing really is that the owner is always there! So you can be sure that the quality and the service will always be t
Awesome place, I go there almost every week! The maki combo is the way to go. They have super nice wait staff and a nice little wine shop too.
A hidden gem for Sushi in Boston with creative combinations and excellent service, not over-hyped or over-priced like other places. We got the sushi+sashimi combo, tsujiki roll, and spicy toro maki which was perfect for two people. The wine selection was great and most bottles range $30-40 and they
Amazing sushi place in south end, try maki combo its delicious and also cheap haha
Phenomenal spot with a undeservedly low amount of reviews. Seiyo was a diamond in the rough while waiting for another restaurant to open. The sushi was incredible, the maki and duck were perfect, as was the preparation. The draft and whiskey selection was phenomenal. The owner was VERY well versed
