I had breakfast in Artizian Bistro at Ritz Carlton Hotel and I must say that the food was really good. We ordered avocado toast, omelet, and Belgian waffles, and all of them were good. The ambiance of the restaurant is nice and the service is good, but there is room for improvement in terms of attention.
The only thing that could have been better was the crispiness of my Belgian waffles. Overall, it was a great experience.

Food and service were good, though I was charged more for the burger than was listed on the freshly printed paper menu. Quiet dining room. The onion soup wasn't what I expected; it was creamy and had parmesan Reggiano. I would order it again.

Elegant atmosphere for brunch. Everything prepared with exquisite precision. Drinks are pricey but creative, made with fresh ingredients. Entrees are well priced for what you're getting. Service was courteous and attentive.

Amazing service, great food, and friendly staff. We enjoyed their early dinner service and the staff were very friendly and gave us the best food recommendations. The chef heard that were celebrating and brought out a dessert platter himself and talked with us for a bit. The service alone made this place special and whenever I am back Boston, this will be my first stop! Thanks guys!

My friend and I came here for restaurant week. The service and atmosphere was good, but my pan-fried chicken was quite bland and honestly just tasted like katsu without sauce. The dessert was good though.

Amazing brunch. The eggs Benedicts are perfect. And the Nutella crepes were okay.
Highly recommend the Benedict's 5/5 and their fries is a must try.
Crepes: nothing special 3/5

Came here during Dine Out Boston and the lunch menu was $25. I ordered the scallops and bacon (with broccoli rabe, maple, harissa), grilled swordfish (with watercress salad, artichokes, kalamata olives, tomatoes, green beans) and the strawberry cereal panna cotta. My friend had the duck confit tacos (with bacon jam, pico de gallo, chipotle cream), bone-in pork chop (with broccolini, sweet & sour onions) and the all levels of chocolate torte.
The waiter was very nice and acted quickly whenever we needed a water refill. They offer 2 types of free bread: olives and plain.
The 3 courses were delicious and I enjoyed the scallops and bacon, and duck confit tacos very much. Well seasoned and flavorful. The 2nd course was also acceptable. The panna cotta was a bit disappointing since it had a taste similar to strawberry yogurt, but it had an abundance of compote and dried strawberries.

Everything about our experience was wonderful. French's Chicken Breast was incredible. The Sesame Crusted Halibut special was delicious as well. I highly recommend the Spiced Raspberry cocktail. Everything was wonderful!

I went by this establishment tonight and was greeted by one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Eugene Herban is an extreme jewel and bc I was from out of town he made my experience that much better. Clean venue, knowledgeable staff, pleasant atmosphere and customer service that is above and beyond. Will be back…

The food was well prepared and well displayed. However, the lasting appeal remains with the over the top service provided. Easily the best wait service I have had for the price. Excellent

Initial filet was not cooked properly, had asked for medium rare but it had come out well done. The second one that had come out was amazing.

My daughter and I went to a show at the Colonial Theater tonight. We stopped in here to kill some time and get dessert beforehand. Eugene took excellent care of us!! He made us feel so welcome with his excellent service and fun personality. The atmosphere is cozy, relaxed, and intimate. It was a perfect place to decompress after a 2 hour drive. I don't drink alcohol and rarely see great mocktail choices on menus so HUGE plus in my book. I had the Refresher- ginger, lime, honey...and a whole lotta yummy! Some delicious cake and ice cream didn't hurt the experience either! Thank you!

Went for dine out Boston, $46 for one of the best 3 course meals I’ve had in Boston!

♿️ = Wheelchair accessible and spaceous. Dim lighting.
We came for the holiday prefix courses. While the eggnog dessert and the soup were actually pretty tasty, I was left wanting with the rest of the dishes, especially for the price.
The salad could have had more je ne said quoi, the chicken was a little on the dry side and the drinks were thin it could have just been an off night.
They get a 4 from me though, for being accessible!

The service & good were great! Got the charcuterie board & mocktails to start, followed by the mussels & frites, flank steak and chocolate mousse cake. The portions were much larger than I expected & everything was prepared to perfection. Our waiter was also a gem. Would recommend.
