Basho Japanese Brasserie - Boston - Photo album

I love it here, can't complain. It was my first time trying the chicken satay, it was tender and seasoned well. The dumplings are my go to, so tasty
Delicious food. Beautiful interior dining. Convenient location. Excellent service.
One of my favorite Japanese restaurants ❤️❤️❤️ Food was deliciousoooo 😍🤌🏼
Comfy seating, friendly host, price and food just didn’t meet 5 star worthy. Wagyu beef fried rice was 80% rice and 20% (literally 4-5 slices). Just feels bad having to eat only rice after? I’d rather pay more to have a better proportion. Otherwise, sushi overall was pretty good.
The best place to eat sushi in Fenway. It’s my go-to sit-in restaurant and we went on a Saturday night. Tables are spaced out so you’re not eavesdropping the table next to you, and food is amazing. For a packed Saturday night, service was a little slow at first to get our main course, but drinks and
Basho is my favorite sushi spot in Boston. Basho has reliably good sushi, and the kindest, most welcoming employees. They just updated their menu that has great visual pictures of all of their items, which really adds to the dining experience. Reliably wonderful food!
We came here for dinner with a large group and it was mostly empty. We had a great time and everything was delicious! We got the Matcha Matcha and Mango Whisky drinks, both of which were super good, looked beautiful, but weren't very strong. For apps, the tuna tartare was the most tasty. We got an
Friendly cashier and good food - what more could I ask for? Looking forward to dining-in one day soon, but even takeout was very satisfying. Pricing is a bit higher than typical perhaps, but the quality makes up for it.
My wife and I stopped by on a light Sat afternoon and had a good experience here. Service was good, food was great, portions were generous. Prices were pretty average for sushi, but I must say the sushi was very good, tasted very fresh, delicious. Decor is very modern looking, seating is comforta
The mackerel was really delicious i like that tgey serve the whole fish. The portions were large so we ended up not even getting close to finishing. The fenway roll was the onky low point. Just not my taste
I had a wonderful experience at Basho, starting with the Lychee Martini served to me by the kindest staff. From the edamame and calamari to the sushi rolls, everything was delicious and we were well taken care of by the servers and staff. I will definitely be back!
I've eaten here a few times with a friend. Most recently, we split a Seafood Salad, Crunchy Roll and Hot Stone Rice Bowl. The service is good, and food is great. Would recommend and go again.
Randomly walking choose this place. Decoration is ok, service was alright but when the food came out 😋 ordered sushi 🍣 tasted so good.
Spicy lobster soup is great. Sushi rolls are creative and very good. Service was a bit slow but okay. Have been here twice and really enjoyed it.
variety ingredients, tasty food, and most importantly, extremely filling! nice atmosphere and music, servers and staff are very attentive and polite
Honestly a solid sushi spot, however we encountered difficulty with the bathroom setup. The sink instructions were unclear and the metal toilets were off-putting. The only thing worse than that was the pressure washer atomic sound that went off when they flushed. Food was good, waiter was very passi
The food's alright but overall not worth the price/portion. My Yuzu Yellowtail roll was tasty, but if I'd been hungry I would have needed two to be full. My friend's roll was even smaller, it only came with 4 pieces! I would rather go to one of the many other (cheaper) sushi places around Fenway/Sym
