Hard Rock Cafe - Boston - Photo album

This place is located at very close to the tourist area (The Quincy Market). We were there around 3pm, its our late lunch/early dinner, the restaurant was not many customers in it. Waiter served in friendly manner. Food taste actually is pretty good, I love their fries very much, crunchy outside & s
The food is fresh and tasted good! The portion is very big that I couldn't finish it. I ordered the Steak Salad. The taste is better than my expectations! I wwnt there with a group of people. It was my first time having dinner in this restaurant which I would like to come back again maybe in differe
Great Place, Excellent Service! Our food was great and delicious, we had the Nachos, BBQ Combo, Twisted Chicken Mac N Cheese, NY Cheesecake and the Strawberry Basil Lemonade. Our host Catherine was very attentive and took all COVID measures serious.
The best staff, great food, amazing atmosphere. Will 200% recommend this place. They also have a shop inside the restaurant Which is really cool. Will come again ❤️❤️❤️🤗🤗🤗🙂🤗thank you David for your service and giving us a wonderful staff experience.
I've always loved to go to the Hard Rock Cafe weather in Boston, London, Munich or even Shanghai. On Sunday my youngest son wanted to get dinner here to close out our day in Boston and we were not disappointed at all. Jeff our server and the staff were awesome. My son wanted to start with the win
Same services like New York, London, Paris, Toronto, Barcelona and others. Food here was spectacular with amazing service. Any questions I had were answered on the spot with pure confidence. The music was the perfect level to enjoy while still having a normal conversation. Food was hot and my burger
Good location instead of spending $50 for two in Quincy Market for overprice food , it much better you full fill your appetite here . Seating space is ok but the food and drinks is up to the standard . Service is also excellent, we loved our time .
We sat at the bar... service was a bit slow but the food was awesome! Also, the shop had a nice selection of shirts and souvenirs... definitely recommend stopping by the Hard Rock in Boston.
Both the drink and sandwich was fantastic. Only thing the cold slaw is can be softer and moist that would be good. Staff was friendly. Do note if you tourist and want to drinking, do bring your passport. They are pretty strict on this. Drink bought by the passport owner can only be drink by the owne
Went there 2 times on our stay for 7 nights. Right across from Bostonian hotel, which was nice. Staff was friendly and food came out quick and fresh! Can't ask for much more than that! Cool things to see there too!
The food was good and the prices fit. The manager allowed my kids to play the drums on the stage which they had a blast. Would definitely eat here again if I am in the neighborhood.
Went for the live music and wasnt sure what to expect but a loud band wasn't out of the question. Well it was great listening to the singer as we ate. Low key in a relaxed setting as we talked and ate the good food.
UPDATED REVIEW - After a previous 3 star review, we were contacted by the manager who asked if they could make up our somewhat unpleasant experience. I contacted the manager (who was on vacation at the time, but still answered my email) six months later to let her know that I would be in town. She
A bit smaller than I thought it would be. The food was great. The prices weren't bad at all. All of the staff that my wife and I encountered were very pleasent. We will definitely be returning customers.
We have been to more than 25 Hard Rocks in several different countries and so we are always interested to see how they compare. Food is very consistent with the chain and service as well. Cymbal wall was cool and a good size restaurant for the area. I didn't inspect all the memoribilla but they s
