The Glenville Stops - Boston - Photo album

This place is like a dreamy, art decco-y oasis. The surrounding town of Allston has a very real and gritty feel to it (in the most wonderful way), but Glenville stops has a more a bit of a polished feel, while still being cozy, relaxed and accessible. Excellent drink menu! I had a glass of pinot gri
Oysters Happy hours till 7 p.m. are amazing here. Add a glass of white wine and a perfect evening is guaranteed.

This place is a hidden gem in Allston. The food is the best I have in Boston, and I have been living in Boston for over 8 years now! Also its never too crowded, they have light music in the background so you can have actual conversation with friends. Good selection of wine and beer. Love this place!
Absolutely a hidden gem! My girlfriend lived in Brookline for a year and we were lucky enough to discover this spot early. The oyster happy hour is what brought us here and the food/ambiance/service is what kept us coming back! The Oysters were amazing, and the dishes were interesting and tasteful.
A hidden gem in the Allston-Brighton area! Wonderful wine collection with fresh bread and hummus to start. The quality of food for the price is astounding! Also, I don't know anywhere else in Boston you can get quality oysters for $1! The atmosphere is calm and collected with attentive servers. Over

Sat at the bar and the bartenders were very friendly and helpful. Did not get any entrees so can't sp
Great food and excellent wine and beer list. Menu changes and there are apps, small plates, and entrees so plenty of options depending on how hungry you are. Expect to stay a while. Food comes out pretty quickly but they don't rush you. Great place for date night. No hard liquor served.
Love this place. It's a "hidden" gem in Allston off comm ave. Parking can be tough but the food is well worth the numerous trips around the block. The owners passion in the experience really shows in the ambiance of the space, the choice of wines, and of course the variety of dishes. I can't say
