Right off the bat I was blown away by how low cost their items were. It is not just a chocolate shop where you can only purchase chocolates, it's an ice cream bar, coffee & hot chocolate bar too. It is worth checking out. It is very upscale and trendy looking but cozy & family friendly too. I've been with just my fiance, with our kids and even alone (mommas's need a treat for good behavior too). There's tons of cozy seating and great for any size group. They are fast, efficient and consistent with their service. The place, including restrooms are always pristine. You also get a free piece of chocolate just for entering into the store. My two favorite items off their wide variety menu would without a doubt be the salted caramel warm brownie sundae and their homemade hot chocolate. I've never tasted such an amazing hot chocolate in my life, so rich and flavorful and the sundae is to die for and I actually dont even like caramel typically. The portions are more than shareable but if you're like me you won't want to share even one bit. I am the type of person who feels full & yucky easily and I have never felt that way after eating or drinking any of their delectable treats. Best place ever, might even top Disney World. Added my pictures of the Salted Caramel Sundae which is the more square smaller looking dish and a also a regular warm brownie Sunday.
Nice place, but I guess it’s overpriced. However, I guess it takes money for its brand value. They Usually give a free sample when you go. The dessert I ordered was nothing extra ordinary in taste, but pretty big as a portion. I was not able to finish by myself.
They always give you a little free sample (usually something caramel related) and are really friendly. I've never had their ice cream but their milkshakes are pretty good. Not my favorite, but they're good and creamy, just could use more flavoring. I usually get chocolate and it's better than most but a little overpriced for how little chocolate you get!
When I saw this from outside I was amazed by it, when I went inside I thought this would be the best thing in my life but unfortunately the milkshake I ordered was not to the point. It was good but I've had better and I just expected more from here since I love their chocolates. But I did not get a chance to try other shakes or ice creams.
Nice place to have your daily dose of chocolate in any form. A must visit to try something good with your family.

I had the best strawberry thick shake! I'm lactose intolerant but i was told it was one of the best in the states and, you know what? It was!!!
Had this for our dessert. Caramel Sundae was amazing and washed it down with a chilled hot chocolate with 2scoops of vanilla ice cream. Love it.
Their Decadent Drinking Chocolate is literally drinking chocolate: molten chocolate in a cup! I recommend grabbing a chocolate chip cookie and splitting the drinking chocolate with a friend or loved one -- amazing!
😍😍 Chocolate heaven!! Went in the winter and there was no line for ice cream, got free chocolate samples, and found a table upstairs to rest our feet and people watch for a bit! They even brought our sundae right to where we were sitting. Super yummy. Great stop if it's not too crowded ;)

Pricey, but worth it if you're a chocolate enthusiast!! We got a free sample upon entering. We ordered a delicious cookie ice cream dessert to share ($12.99) and it did not disappoint!
Best chocolate brownies I ever tasted, they always hit the spot
Popular chocolate brand. A large stores with wide variety of chocolates and ice cream flavours. The shop was too crowded affecting the service delivery to chocolate customers. The atmosphere in the shop was quite cheerful with smiling service personnel. We purchased a box of assorted chocolates. These are always the best tasting chocolates in whole of the Boston market. The shop is located in Quincy Market area.
We stop here every time we are in Boston. Never had a bad experience. The ice cream is to die for. I usually get the hot fudge sundae. Kinda vanilla (literally) but it’s honestly the best thing on the menu imho. The gf always gets the strawberry ice cream (which is also amazing). They have a nice somewhat secluded upstairs where you can sit and chat. Great place. Check it out.
They have got some great desserts and sundaes. Just make sure your order smaller portions and the portion sizes are quite large. One dessert is good for two people easy.
Very nice place. Chocolate aromas running through the air along with all the other great smells. It was a very nice and well kept place. They even had their own icecream as well. I will definitely be back.
