This is my go-to, drinks and dinner with a friend spot. The bar section gets loud, but the atmosphere is cool. It's a great place to go during the Christmas holiday, when the fireplace is lit, and Christmas music playing, with a good chocolate martini! The braised chicken chipotle pizza with sweet potato fries is my favorite!

Omg. ...place is fabulous. 2 years of disappointing dinners but this place is beyond delish. Worth the ride if your not from the area. Got into my gps because we were hungry and just clicked any location..so glad this one was the choice...staff is pleasant chef couldn't have been better.

We had a baby shower here and everything was done perfectly! The space was beautiful and great for about 40 people. The staff was very friendly and easy to work with through the planning process. The food was great and they were very chill about us decorating and making the place our own for the event. Also reasonably priced and did not try to upcharge for every little thing. Recommend for any small event!

We love West on Centre!!! It was our favorite restaurant when my husband and I lived in Roslindale, and now we host a lot of university dinners there in the beautiful downstairs room/bar. Elle and her husband are amazing owners and they have been so welcoming. We have at least four events a year there. The downstairs room is perfect. And the food is fantastic!!!! We love it!! Highly highly recommend.

Private party. Small room but nice decor, atmosphere. Opens to really nice outside, secluded area. Food was delicious. Staff very courteous and responsive. Bartender excellent. Will def eat upstairs at some point. Well done!

We were traveling in from out of state for our Mother’s funeral in November and my niece found West of Centre for the luncheon we wanted to plan for after the cemetery. It was a beautiful day so we asked that the doors be opened. We have a large family and it was perfect. They had several options and we chose three entrees: Baby spinach and ricotta ravioli, chicken Marsala and beef tenderloin with creamy whipped potatoes. Everything was served buffet style and all were delicious. They never ran out and made sure we didn’t have to ask for a thing. Warm apple crisp with whipped cream for dessert along with ice tea, tea, coffee and soda. We were impressed with the service, the cleanliness and the presentation. It is a family owned restaurant and they did their family proud. We had no problems or complaints. They prepared a menu for the luncheon which was just so thoughtful. Our family are very grateful for their help in making this a family centered celebration with our family and friends.

I have never dined but food looks really good! I find the staff to always be so friendly and the first thing I recognize is a smile on their face! You can't go wrong whether you are looking to catch up with a friend or head on over later at night for good tunes and a nice vibe (weekends).

This was our first time dining at West on Centre and everything was fabulous! Brought our family for brunch for my mom’s birthday. Food came out fast and was very affordable. Everyone loved their meals and drinks. To top it all off, our server, Gio, was excellent and made it an even better experience! We will definitely be back. Thank you, Gio!

I have never - EVER - had a bad meal here. I've never had a mediocre meal here I've never even had a decent meal here. I have only had fantastic meals at West on Centre. The food is delicious, it is served hot, it is brought out promptly, and it is always a generous portion. The service is stellar. The wait staff is amazing: friendly, professional, knowledgable, and helpful. Every once in a while, the chef will come out to check on you. The beers are great. The events are incredible. I highly recommend this restaurant.

KC the bartender was awesome , great price point ,great service ,something for everyone on the menu,half priced apps on Monday at bar. We had great apps including nachos,fried Brussel sprouts , and chicken pot stickers. I got West Burger and my wife got one of the specials Blue Cod piccata .We were both very, very happy with the entire experience .
A great neighborhood restaurant that knows exactly what it is .

I have never had a bad meal at West on Centre. Their food is fabulous! I have hated salmon for years but have been trying to eat healthier things. I had the salmon with asparagus and roasted carrots. It also came with jasmine rice but I skipped that because I have to limit carbs.we also had pumpkin caramel cheesecake. Sooo good!

Have been there numerous times. Everything very tasty, server was excellent. Wish food was hotter. I like my food hot. Potatoes had good taste. Can always heat food up, but cannot always have the taste...West has the taste which is so important...

We used their downstairs function room for a double First Communion this past Sunday (cousins!). Excellent food and service, everyone commented on how delicious everything was - terrific bartender. Waitstaff were terrific with our kids on the patio (thank you great weather!) and one of our guests who has a disability appreciated the elevator so she could get downstairs with ease. Thank you for a wonderful morning!

Went to watch The Super Bowl. Great atmosphere. The food was fantastic. We had the buffalo Chicken lollipops and the Nachos. Loaded with flavor!!!! Their desserts were very good too. Will go again !

West is the perfect place to end a long day/week of work! Tonight I ended up staying for a couple of cocktails with some friends then getting the Porterhouse Pork Chops and a West Burger to take home for dinner for my family, we were all pleasantly surprised how great our meals were after traveling, they tasted just as great as it would if we ate them straight from the kitchen! West is THE BEST!

Hosted bridal shower for twenty people in downstairs function room that opens to patio. Luncheon buffet was excellent, service so accommodating and overall ambiance outstanding. Separate bar and restrooms downstairs makes for a totally separate from the dining room experience. Highly recommended! Many guests remarked that they cannot wait to return for dinner in the dining room!

We've been there many times for brunch, lunch, dinner, or apps and drinks, and the food and service are always excellent. The staff is friendly, it's comfortable, and there are always at least two TVs tuned in to a ballgame. West is one of my favorite places to hang out.
