The Butcher Shop - Boston - Photo album

Fantastic waitstaff! Thank you so much for assisting my date tonight. I appreciate it. I loved the Greek wine, French Pinot equiv, the onion soup and moist duck! The duck was really good! The chicken pot pie was my second choice. I will return here soon.
A summer night in Boston and we decided to go The Butcher Shop in the South End. You can never go wrong with any of Barbara Lynch’s restaurants. We started with their bread with honey and butter. I can have a few plates of this with just a glass of wine! The mixed of the honey and butter is heavenly
We got super lucky and snuck in before the rush, getting seats at the bar on a Saturday night. Recommend calling in a reservation, or at least to check if one is needed. Ashley took good care of us, coordinating with the Chef all the way to accommodate a food restriction one of our party had at the
Great ambiance, relaxing mood. We had the rib-eye steak and pork plus we ordered a bottle of sparkling red wine. We had the steak done medium rare and it was awesome. Overall, we had a great night!
A cozy, artisanal meat focused lunch and dinner spot, with wine. I was super impressed by the spicy tomato soup and my hotdog that had rosemary within. My server was friendly, and informed. It has a rustic charm and all the tables are bar height, just to note.
The sirloin was an incredible piece of meat. Also loved the cheese board and everyone enjoyed their beer selection. Be careful about the portions, they claim a 32oz can serve two when it can probably serve four.
I went there for the first time and I was impressed by the food, staff, restaurant and decors. The steak was super delicious, it came with potatoes and kale. The bread came with butter and honey on the side and that was perfect. I also used some honey with the steak. Staff are very friendly.
The food was outstanding. The service was extraordinary! The waitress, Diana, was the best. Double her pay, seriously! All in all well worth a visit and worth every penny! Go there now.... Do it.
Awesome cocktails, appetizers, mains and desserts and great service! We loved it!
Interesting business proposition. Although, it is not exactly a "butcherie" since it is much more a restaurant than a butcher place. Went there with 3 friends. Was able to share the Bone-In Prime Dry-Aged Ribeye among 3 which was delicious. The market price was $125 that day. According to the waite
