The appetizers were much better than the main dish. We had a nice window seat, but at night it was too dark and we could barely see the food.

Came in for a special occasion. Had a wonderful dinner. Great ambience, music and food. The service was warm and friendly. Loved the whole time! Maddy was phenomenal.

Nestled in the Financial District, Trade presents itself as an upscale Mediterranean venue, blending club-like energy with spaces tailored for private events.
This weekend, I finally decided to visit Trade, a spot that's been on my radar for some time. The menu, predominantly contemporary Mediterranean, appeared slightly overpriced, yet the ambiance was undeniably vibrant and inviting.
We kicked off our evening with a trio of starters. The standout was undoubtedly the braised oxtail pizette, boasting a flawless crust, a creamy bechamel sauce, and a robust kasseri cheese flavor. The shrimp and fennel dish, accompanied by a delightfully smoky pita, and the pomegranate glazed eggplant were pleasant, though they didn't quite live up to their lofty price tags.
Our main course selections included the grilled lamb chops and the Pastitsio. The lamb chops, though on the pricier side, were perfectly cooked and oozing with flavor. The Pastitsio, however, didn't quite hit the mark. The oxtail ragu was flavorful, but the pasta and béchamel sauce seemed to muddle its richness. The béchamel was notably watery, leaving an odd aftertaste.
While Trade offers a chic and energetic setting ideal for a drink-centered outing, its food offerings, though adequate, might not entirely justify the prices. This spot seems better suited for those looking for a lively evening with drinks rather than a destination for exceptional dining.

now this is beautiful place to come and eat. I drive by here all the time and I had no idea what wonders this place held. the decor is gorgeous. so inviting and welcoming but yet also puts the exposed structures of the building to very good use. I just came in to grab a quick drink and decided to grab some food too. I got the spanakopita Flatbread and I am SO happy I did. it was phenomenal! I honestly tried to save some of it to take home but I just could not stop eating it. it was freshly made to order, dough and all, right in front of me in their open oven. I would drive here just to get this Flatbread for take out! but I will surly be back. I did only get to see thier mid day menu, which had plenty of sharable options, but i do want to see their dinner selections. they have very nice dining room and I did notice they also had a private room for parties. they also have out door dining available. highly recommend trying Trade out.

Drinks, food, and service were all an 11/10. Ella specifically was an amazing bartender with so much knowledge on all of the Greek spirits. My dear friend and I loved it so much that we were inspired to write a limerick to Ella, and we toasted to her phenomenal ability to riff drinks based off of the general tastes we were feeling at the moment.

Ms. Bailey loves the Trade restaurant. The enormous outdoor patio has comfortable furniture that allows you to sip, eat, and enjoy fellowship. The haddock dish is fabulous, and we have never had a disappointment with any dish. Try a Greek sunset beverage, my favorite. The staff makes Bailey feel welcome and is always very pleasant.

Such a underrated restaurant. I wish I knew this place earlier.
I love the vibe of this restaurant.
Food and drink was amazing and our server was very nice, even manager always go around check and see everything is ok.
For two people, we ordered 4 dishes to shared, the portion was right enough.
Every menu we ordered were great also food came out very quick.
I will definitely coming back to try other menu as well.

Take yourself to Santorini. Fantastic waitstaff at the bar! The lamb meatballs are fantastic. I also loved the zucchini cakes and octopus too. Get the apps and the Greek wine!

Food
The food did not disappoint at all. I can’t believe I have not heard of the restaurant before.
Everything else
The decor was very chic and great for date night. However, our waiter was the biggest disappointment. He absolutely did not even smile for the whole evening and his response to our “Do you have a dessert menu” was “Sure”. What does it even mean?!

I had the pleasure of dining at Trade yesterday for the first time and it was an incredible experience. The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. The service was also top-notch, from our amazing waitress to the associate GM Mr.Naranjo and the GM Mr.Asimis, extremely welcoming and accommodating. The ambiance was cozy and intimate, making it the perfect spot for a date night or special occasion. We will definitely be back!

An absolute must!
The service, food, cocktails, and atmosphere were simply fantastic!
From our host, to the manager, Harry, and our amazing server, Eric. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed.
I look forward to visiting again!

The food was fanominal! Alavee is one amazing chef! The service was excellent from both servers we had for our meal. And our espresso martinis were incredible. I can't say enough about what a wonderful dinner experience this was!

I think this is one of the best restaurants in Boston. So much thoughtfulness went into the design to create something that touches so many senses. The freshness of the food, the juxtaposed combination of flavors, and the presentation are Excellent. The wine selection, too. The waiter recommended a reasonably priced bottle of Croatian wine that paired perfectly with the seafood, and it was fab! And the atmosphere has so much ambiance. It is just lovely!

The service was amazing. Loved the eggplant dish. We also got a spanikopita pizza that I could eat every day it was so good. Loved the ambiance. What a great place to meet up with friends.

Went in for some cocktails and landed on the Greek Smoky Margarita!
it’s a delightful blend of Greece's Tsipouro Katsaros and Mexico's San Cosme Mezcal. Smoky, tangy, and perfectly sweetened with lime and agave. A cultural fusion in a glass that's both refreshing and memorable. I had two and was blown away each time!

Service is great. They brought us into the back private dining room because the music was really loud. Other than the music the experience was overall a great one. Came with the family who were visiting Boston for the first or second time and it was a memorable experience. Our waitress with Shay and she was really helpful and very kind and even helped us understand all the ingredients in our food. The ribeye steak was a feast and we all left feeling very satisfied and full. highly recommend. The maître d’ also stopped by several times to explain what kind of Greek spirits were available and we went with the Lesvos Ouzo. He explained how to mix it with the ice and the water and it was a phenomenal drink definitely an interesting anise-based flavor.

Good food and a very attentive wait staff. Only unfortunate thing was that they continued to run out of their main dishes - the skirt steak and ribeye, lamb shank and so on. Recommend going, but get there early to have the opportunity for enjoy their full menu!

Nice atmosphere and good food. I ordered the halibut and it was tasty-the leeks were super tough and difficult to eat. Brussels sprouts were fantastic with a tasty aioli and little bacon pieces. The service we received from our waitress was horrible. She was nowhere to be found - I ate the entire meal with no beverage. Won't be back when in the area.

Stunning small plate and draft beer selection! Thank you Maggie Walsh and Chef Cory Seeker for a wonderful lunch!

Excellent choice for a special occasion! Very friendly and laid back. Excellent food and service was wonderful. We had a 9:30 pm reservation and did not feel the least bit rushed! Very relaxing!

Iwent in to see the tall ships and visited your restaraunt for the first time. I found it elegant AND THE FOOD WAS VERY TASTY..Although many menu items were not available because of the volume of people in boston that day , what we did have was awesome. Nice twist on pizza options and hope to try ut again sometime. The best part of our meal was our waiter Charlie. He was a joy and made alternative menu recomondations which he called to a tee. He is a keeper. I also am a chef and would welcome someone like him on my foh team anyday

Food and drinks were excellent, and the timing of courses was perfect. The staff were very friendly and we received A+ service from Francisco and Lauren!

Be careful
Some of the servers rip you off
A guy would ask you 20 bucks for a 13 usd priced prosecco, claiming it is a Champaign. Naaa, that's not Loran Perrier, with that small bottle,,,
Not a place I would come again, or suggest my friends to come
They will have problems down the road with this attitude
Maybe it was simply that I am obviously an Asian, and he thought that I knew nothing about bubbles,,,, but this doesn't really happen elsewhere.
Go to Nebo, instead. I've never felt this there
Michael Marcucci
We live in the building and go to Trade often. Food, drinks, service, are always spectacular. Lauren does a great job especially .

I'm giving this place one star due to a terrible customer service experience I had. We had a group of 10 or 12 with a reservation that we had made a couple weeks prior, we were just visiting Boston for the weekend. When we showed up we had an awesome server which for some reason got cut for the night, midway through our ordering process. (Weird) We got switched to another server. (First one was new? Couldn't handle us?)
The new waiter was a little more experienced, while our old waiter was stuck doing side work and arguing with someone in front of us, it was very uncomfortable.
Midway through our dinner the bartender decided to shoot a champagne cork over to our table. It hit me in the face, an inch away from my eye. I then look over and see them huddled in the corner laughing. Then I see the female ( young) manager go over to them with a horrified look on her face, she looked over at me and then started laughing uncomfortably. I watch this entire thing go down.
Not only did I have a mark on my face and complete embarrassment in front of all of my friends the manager only gave us $100 off of our bill.
If that was my business and that was my manager I would be afraid of getting sued for getting hit in the face by 50 mile an hour cork. (I looked up how fast corks fly out of bottles)
That is just an absolute liability and I would've fired that bartender immediately. Not only because we have an unsatisfied customer but because you could've seriously injured that person and they could've been blind for the rest of their life in that eye.
I was horrified on how It was handled, I was embarrassed, and bruised!!!
yes, we were a drinking group and we spent over $500 there.
The food wasn't that great. The drinks were okay. The customer service was horrible.
would not return. would not recommend. would never go back.

Good food, but unfortunately bad service ruined the experience. Our server was downright rude. Taking our order was an inconvenience apparently... In the end we just wanted to do get out of there. Shame

Attended Hunger Brunch: service was excellent; food also. Everyone was cordial and all in all a great choice for brunch! Volunteers were wonderful!
Sarah Armstrong
This is by far one of my FAVORITE restaurants in Boston! I have never had a bad meal. The food is creative and so flavorful! 5 stars!

Went for a late lunch while visiting Boston and Christmas shopping on a Saturday. Great food, service and atmosphere. Price was comparable to other restraunts in the city. The holiday decorations were very festive. I would return in a heartbeat.
