M.j. O'connor's - Boston - Photo album

Came here for a quick lunch after going to the lighthouse art space and it's less than a 5 minute walk. The employees are so friendly and nice! The food was pretty good, too. My kids got the grilled cheese (and there are 6 options on the kid's menu!). I had mac and cheese with bacon for lunch. Best
One of the nicest meals we've had for sometime. The food was great and service was excellent. My first taste of Sam Adams Seasonal bitter 🍺 very good also. The level of back ground noise can make it a little hard to hear conversations.
Ate here on a business overnight because of its close proximity to the Park Plaza hotel. @5pm on a Tuesday night, was given a table immediately. Waiter was prompt, and very nice. He was very attentive, and check on my quite often, however not to much. I had the warm pretzels with beer cheese. They w
This was my first time trying clam chowder and I was not disappointed. It was delicious. Everything was. Great experience.
In Boston for the weekend and stopped in for a bite. The fish and chips was AMAZING, hot and crunchy. The service was beyond spectacular! We had a tall Irishman as our server and he made the best recommendations of fish and chips and a rum punch that had a hint of coconut and did not dissapoint on
Nice atmosphere, good food, good drink selection. Our server, Gregory, was excellent. Very attentive and friendly without being overbearing or fake - which we have experienced a lot during our stay (I'm assuming to increase tips??) Fish & chips were great (coming from Brits!) The pretzels and tots w
The chowder is award winning, but the Guinness onion soup steals the show. The only reason they didn't get the full five stars, was due to the fact that both soups were served luke warm, almost room temperature. We actually went twice, just for the onion soup, since it was so outstanding. However,
I have to admit I stopped in more than once during my visit the week I was in town. Food was good and I should have gone for the chips and fish, which looked huge! The staff and service was great. It would be a lot more Irish if the staff wore kilts but I understand it can get rather cold in Boston
Got the clam chowder and also the Buffalo Mac and Cheese. Both were 10/10. Good atmosphere, good drinks, and great food.
This food was so good that even though my beef stew didn't come out warm, it was still super good ( yes, nothing on my plate was even warm, no I didn't say anything because it was still delicious). The baked Cod was fabulous. The apps of taco and wings were good. My kid loved the Flatbread pizza so
The staff was like family! Everyone was so inviting and pleasant. I'll definitely be returning! The food was AMAZING 😍😍
Great place for a perfect pint of Guinness! Friendly staff who seated us quickly and waitstaff took drink orders quickly too. Nice pub atmosphere but noisy on a Friday evening.
Atmosphere low because it was loud I could not hear to talk but food yummy and the drinks has not price
The food, drinks and atmosphere were wonderful. My only issue was that while the service was generally good, I had to ask the waiter to remove our appetizer dishes (while eating our main course) and nothing else was taken away before we left.
Went with some friends as we were feeling a pub. The place was good, but they didn't have any music which was strange and kinda threw the vibe off a bit. However the service was great! Even let us change tables to a place with better mood lighting that we wanted. Reasonable prices for beers and cide
One bartender working a pretty busy bar and he did a great job. Good beer, great food. I'll be back.
We enjoyed our dinner and drinks here after flying in to Boston. It was a quiet Wednesday evening, but the server was great, attentive, and friendly. We got the stew and a reuben for dinner. The stew was good, it needed a little salt and more herbs/flavor. The reuben was wonderful. A couple Guinesse
