Summer Shack - Boston - Photo album

Went to a drag brunch and had an absolute blast. The cinnamon rolls were decadent. The oysters topped with Tuna... I could eat those forever. Entertainment was phenomenal and so creative. Will definitely be coming back
After walking in it instantly was a cool atmosphere. They have a lot of vibrant wall art and there’s even a spot to look at live lobsters. We ordered the clam chowder, crab potstickers and the fish and chips. All were good. I personally am not a lover of fish (not from Boston) but my wife loved the
Food was delicious and atmosphere is cool with a calm ambience. But the service just sucks. However I think it’s just the server we had. He didn’t seem like he understood English well. We ordered stuff clear as day but when it came out it was wrong. It was like he didn’t hear us or understand us. I
Love the atmosphere. Clean, casual sports bar feel. With good food. This wasn’t luxury fine dining. The oysters and lobster were high quality. Chowder was tasty but a little runny for my taste. The warm lobster roll and chips were good but lacking seasoning. A little bland for me. It was good. I
Went there with friends, everyone's drinks were great. We ordered most of the appetizers off the menu, it was my friends first time there. All the food looked as good as it taste. It was great trying new things, will go back for more food like lobsters and crabs.
Had one of the new Tin Fish selections (Spanish in olive oil) and oh my, that was very tasty! Would definitely get again and have been telling people about it. Wish the staff had been more knowledgeable about what it contained but I understand it was still pretty new to the menu
Made my way in here as I was looking for some authentic Boston lobster. Very relaxed and fun atmosphere with excellent food. Glad I picked this place! Would highly reccomend for a good time.
Buds and I are in Boston for the weekend. Looking for a great place to grab a beer, some oysters, and some lobster rolls close to our hotel. Food was really good. Lobster roll with butter is great! Oysters are so good as well. We sat at the bar, the bartender was a rockstar. What a great place with
We came to Boston from Florida for a 3 day getaway and my sister picked this place to celebrate her birthday. It was AMAZING! We couldn’t have selected a better place for food, atmosphere and exceptional service!! Antonio rocked it!!! From the best clam chowder, fresh oysters to spaghetti with stea
Oysters were good. Lobster roll was one of the better ones that I've had. Service was a bit slow but wait staff were very friendly. I would dine there again.
I had eggs, bacon & hashbrowns with soda. Sister had eggs benedict & beer. She said hers was great. Mine was good, not great. Get there at least 30-60 minutes before showtime to order food, eat and start drinks. We saw the 2pm show, 2nd show of the day. Lip syncing, not live singing. No stage, the
October 10, 2023: Finally tried the butter pan-seared lobster, the large-sized version. Had the kale instead of the corn. Amazing. Delicious, but couldn't get all the meat out. Needed shellfish scissors or the restaurant should have better cracked the lobster. The shellfish cracker the restaur
Amazing seafood place..we were well received by very humble host and even given wine to taste before we can make decisions ...ambience was great..when in town do visit them...
What an awesome surprise! We got in late to Boston for a work trip and just wanted lobster. ALL THE LOBSTER. This place looks like a chill beach themed diner, but the food is just absolutely superb. Lobster potstickers, perfect. Tuna Crispy Rice, devoured it. We got warm lobster rolls poached in
The restaurant is dimly lit with ample seating in a good neighborhood with things to do. Service was good and our waiter was attentive. I didn't get a picture of the cornbread, but it was amazing with the molasses butter! I wasn't too hungry so I ordered the spaghetti and clams. The white wine sauc
Lunch was great! Got some sushi and it was delicious and presented beautifully. A friend got shrimp that were way overcooked so I know the consistency isn't there. But if you go with the sushi, that's the right choice. Also the coconut custard dessert was excellent and made in house. You have to as
Initially, all the construction in the area outside of this Back Bay restaurant put us off and we almost didn’t go to Summer Shack for dinner. Fortunately, we went in and were immediately happy to find a clean, comfortable, fun, spacious setting. There are booths, tables and bar seating to choose fr
The highlights were the clam chowder, bloody Maria’s, a and griddled cornbread with molasses butter. Unfortunately some of the raw clams were off and the pasta was too salty, even upon reorder. Our server seemed inexperienced, he just plopped the bill in front of me without offering another round o
