Very nice Italian place on Newbury street. Their pizzas and appetizers are delicious. If you're going on a weekend night, make sure you make a reservation before or you'll have to wait for a bit. service is good. It has a romantic ambiance, but still lively. Great for couples and group of friends.

Very popular. Excellent service. Very busy. The food was outstanding. Our table a little crowded. We had a great meal and would definitely return again. Recommendation? Get an early table, if possible.

This was my first time at Papa Razzi Trattoria and I'll say it'll be my last time going to Papa Razzi Trattoria. The wait staff was awful no came to serve us at all we had to complain to the hostess about it before we finally got a waiter. Once we got a waiter I'm not sure but our waiter was awful and gave us attitude when they got to our table like we are a waste of this persons time. We never got any water or bread at our table where all of the other tables were given it by default. The only saving grace was the food it was awesome I thoroughly enjoyed it. In conclusion I would say only do take out from Papa Razzi Trattoria the food is awesome some of the best pasta I ever had it's just too bad that the wait staff was absolutely awful. Usually I wouldn't go back after a terrible experience a few month ago. However it was my friends birthday and she chose there for a birthday meal. Against my better judgment we went and this time it was a much better experience then the last time I went. Everything was perfect we were seated right away and they brought us bread and water and our drinks was served fast along with our food. Thank you for the big improvement in service than my last time I there. The first time I was there it was a minor problem and I'll definitely come back in the near future.

Pizza in Boston is a must. Papa Razzi was a fun place to eat lunch. Our waitress was so friendly and definitely has a passion for what she does. Pizza is very very tasty but slightly soggy in the middle making it a little messy to eat. The beet salad with a lemon dressing is a nice compliment to the pizza.

I had never been It seems it will be closing Not sure if this post is still helpful It was freezing cold inside The food took forever The pasta small portion was truly small with only 3 raviolis for 14 bucks and tiny tiny pieces of meat half of them just being fat The sandwich was the meatball sandwich Bread was soaked suggest to have the sauce in the side ... The service was pretty ok! And realizing they might be closing soon the morale still seemed to be ok

Beautiful interior and delicious food. The pasta I ordered was very flavorful, but I didn't like how al dente it was. I had to chew a lot and my jaws became sore lol. Overall, everything tasted fresh and amazing.

Be careful with the tip suggestions they provide. I noticed last time that the 15% tip they provided was a few dollars higher than 15% of the meal (not including tax) and also higher than the 15% of the total (including tax). So I don't know if there was a glitch in the program or if it was intentional. Desserts and kalamari are great (though I wish they would put fewer pickles in a kalamari bunch that costs $14), pasta and chicken dishes are decent but not very innovative or difficult to replicate at home, I was so far most disappointed with the margherita, which was very very VERY thin (esp in the middle) and not much on it (so overall boringly dry), as you can see in the picture. I've had many way more delicious thin margheritas before.

This is an amazing restaurant! We went three times during our stay. I loved the veal picatta and they make an amazing Sangria. Great pizza for lunch and a real passion for food an attention to detail while keeping a local feel. Don't miss this place!
