If you are looking for a place to experience great service, great environment, great food. Look here. Special shout-out to my friends; Brooke, Nubia, Angelina,Pat and Kaitlyn. Some of the best staff I have ever seen in my life. Some people come into work lifeless, not interested. This is something you will never see at Monica’s. This crew is absolutely incredible. At one point my phone was dead I asked, “hey any chance you could plug my phone in” Brooke took my phone and plugged it in. No questions asked. I asked for her Venmo to tip. She wouldn’t give. Absolutely incredible soul. This restaurant and staff make the experience. 10/10. Thank you guys so much !!

Monica's has a reputation for a reason. The food was elevated and more than just a meal, but an experience. I need to go back to try more dishes! We noted it was for a birthday and they brought out dessert with sparklers going above and beyond what we expected.

Love this place, staff was super friendly and food was even better. I forgot to take a picture but the chicken parm with vodka sauce is a must get here

I’m still dreaming of my meal that I had here a few weeks ago. The lobster fettuccini was hands down the best dish I’ve had in the North End. It was packed with fresh lobster and the pink sauce was just perfect. They make all of their pasta and bread and it really shows. Everything is to die for. They were super accommodating with a gluten and dairy allergy too. Don’t skip the pistachio martini!

Awesome place with amazing home made Italian food. Highly recommend zucchini bloom stuffed with goat cheese. Absolutely delicious. Also, Cesar salad with white anchovies was one of the best I ever tried. Salute!

Went here with my boyfriend on 27th August. The atmosphere of the place was charming and authentic. The restaurant was full so we had to sit on high chairs at small tables but the food was delicious and the staff was nice and helpful.
Italian festival that weekend so the streets were buzzing and it was just all adding to a great experience and a perfect date 🙏🏻 thank you

Very delicious. Attentive staff. Clean and beautiful atmosphere. We made a reservation and when we arrived, we didn't have to wait at all!

Fantastic pasta options with good portions and service. The drinks were also great. We went at the end of the night on a weekday.

Tiny restaurant but a cozy ambience. Pasta dishes were overall good. The standout was the sweet potato gnocchi with Italian sausage and broccoli rabe - an excellent well-balanced dish. Mushroom ravioli was quite good as well although the pappardelle bolognese was a bit overpowered by the tomato in the sauce. Good service.

Have been to many North End restaurants and had a good meal but this place was amazing! Will definitely return to sample their awesome menu. Sweet potato gnocchi was to die for!

Absolutely loved every bit about this place. It pretty much embodies the essence of the Historic North End. Their marinara sauce is amazing. Staff was incredible and loved the full view of the kitchen. Wine selection was great and if there was one negative thing... I mean just one... It was so hot and humid. I didn’t notice any fans but that won’t stop me from going there again. The food is what counts and everything else, plus the decor was awesome.

As always, the staff and the food always impress. This time we ordered a bottle of wine which they had already sold out for the night. Disappointed, we order another bottle, but to our surprise our server went down to the cellar and found a bottle of what we wanted and brought it up to us.

The finest food with service second to no one. The old North End neighborhood feel still lives! My favorite restaurant in New England hands down.

Amazing “local” bar and restaurant. We went for drinks at the bar and ended up staying for dinner. Can’t really comment on the menu because I never opened it. The dinner specials were so amazing.

Tiny restaurant with giant charm and amazing flavors! The squid ink linguini was amazing!

This place is wonderful, atmosphere, service and food is out of this world. Can't wait to go back.

Fabulous Italian dining experience. Handmade pasta was among best I ever had in the US and Italy! The Spinach gnocchi with pork ragout was wonderful, my son loved the scallops with squid ink pasta, and the salmon with angel hair pasta was divine!

Love this spot in the North end of Boston. Great servers and the food was excellent. It was our last meal in Boston and anyone who tells you that Boston is not a food town is crazy. We had 5 extraordinary meals: Osta, Neptunes, Coppa, Sorrelina and Trattoria Di Monica

Our first date was at the old Monica’s 6 years ago. It was great then, but hard to get a seat. The expansion next door and revamp with two small bars and more tables is a big plus and hasn’t killed its cozy atmosphere. Food is still outstanding; the baked figs stuffed with goat cheese for an app and Bucatini all’ Amatriciana and Veal Braciolettini were buonissimi! Nice to have this gem in our neighborhood!

Great food and greater service this afternoon. Seated next to kitchen. Chef chatted with us at length. Highly recommend. We’ll definitely go back.
