No wonder the reviews are stellar. The lobster roll was succulent, bread was perfectly toasted, not soaked in butter but rather one with the butter. 👌🏽 The clam chowder was rich, creamy, with a depth of flavor, literally salivating as I’m recalling the dish. Ryan was such a delight- welcoming, kind
The absolute best meal we had our entire time in Boston. The lobster roll was absolutely to die for!!! My partner had the octopus empanadas and oh my lord, we both agree it may be a contender for the best lobster/octopus EVER. Excellent work to the team at Saltie Girl. I’ve had this restaurant on my
Delicious, beautiful plates. Good sized portions. Every dish we got was absolutely beautiful, every bite was full of flavor and the restaurant itself is very cute! Perfect place for date night ❤️ Definitely get the lobster roll! We will be returning 😁
Food was great. Service leaves something to be desired. It was a busy Friday afternoon and we arrived without reservations but were able to be seated pretty quickly outside on the patio. Took a long time to get water then our waiter disappeared without providing the sparkling water I asked for and a
We stop by here when we can whenever we’re in Boston, so if you like lobster then stop by for some brunch and be ready to be very full! I recommend the Chowder, New England lobster roll, and the eggs benedict with lobster. All of those are pretty heavy so I’d split them amongst your party or just g
The server was kind and helpful. He helped us make choices when we were unfamiliar with some of the menu options. We ordered the lobster roll (warm) and the snow crab toast (cold). The lobster roll came out 10 minutes before the snow crab toast. These were both entrees, so we were a bit upset with t
I came here on a mission to try the warm lobster roll. It was good, but I do think it could have been a little better. I feel as if it could have been warmer when they first brought it out. However, there are a lot of lobster chunks and they are super meaty. It’s a filling sandwich, and gets the cra
Had lunch here and loved it. The oysters were served with all the sides you would want, the lobster roll was STUFFED and the fish and chips were very crispy. The restaurant space was bright and nice - really enjoyed it.
Since my husband was out of town, I was feeling a little blue and decided to take a long walk through Boston after work. My stroll led me to the Salty Girl and I'm so grateful I landed here! My first question to Kaitlin my server/bartender, was what her favorite dishes were. She recommended the tor
The vibe was everything! It was a very amazing experience and the food was fantastic! I ordered the lobster roll which was fantastic, but I should have ordered what my friend did. She got the lobsters and waffles. Melted in your mouth like butttah! The staff took very good care of us, were very att
The food is really good especially for the price. We love the calamari that also came with salty sausages. The lobster roll and the crab toast was amazing. I'm ok with the lobster and waffle as I didn't like the lobster fried. Also love the king mushrooms dish with quinoa!
We found this spot while searching Yelp + so happy we did. We made reservations (it was busy!) and I’d probably recommend the same. The vibe is so fun, pinks and well thought out design. We were only in Boston for a few days + wanted to eat all the seafood we could! Saltie girl did NOT disappoint!
The lobster roll was incredible! We also had a Kale mushroom veggie dish which was flavorful. The service was great. A bit pricey but worth it!
Quick Summary Fantastic food and probably the best lobster roll I found in the city. Excellent service and great ambiance. Food- 5 stars Lobster roll- ordered the warm style and it was fantastic. Large serving of lobster that tasted pretty fresh. Perfectly buttered and toasted roll as well Lobster
Went on a Saturday night without reservation, got lucky and only waited 10 minutes for a table for 4. Our waiter was great. I had the lobster roll, good portion and amazing taste! We also ordered the steak, halibut, scallops, clam chowder and French fries. Everything was very tasty.
Located on Newbury st, where Parking can be hard to find but once you get inside, it’s definitely aesthetically pleasing. There’s a lot of pink in the walls. The oysters we ordered are very fresh and they come in different types. The brunch menu was pretty good but interesting combo on the snow crab
I have not been here since pre pandemic and the food quality was still just as good (can't say that about many other places). It's very cute inside, great with friends or date night (even first dates). They have some spacious booth seatings at one side of the restaurant (I normally hate booths becau
Recommendations: Warm Lobster Roll One of my favorite spots for lobster rolls overall, and my favorite warm lobster roll in Boston. The clam chowder is also especially good (it has bacon but the flavor isn't overpowering). They also have a nice selection of drinks, and ample seating options inside
To start, Joey was an amazing server! Even tho it was a busy Saturday he always attended and made sure we were enjoying ourself. The manager also touched our table to make sure we were enjoying everything. The food was phenomenal. My partner got the lobster and waffles and was blown away! As a chef,
