Mcdonald's

Arrived at 12:45PM in drive-through line with 5 vehicles ahead of order box. Waited 12 minutes to get to box and gave my order (with coupon for buy large sandwich and get one free). I did ask if it could be mix or match and was told, yes. Ordered Buttermilk Chicken sandwich and quarter pounder (no onions or mustard, add extra mayonaise) and large fry well done. Line moved faster and was given my order @ 1:05PM. I pulled over to right parking space next to Reserved slots to check heat and welldoneness. Fries were hot but not crispy (nothing like limpness). The chicken was a pleasant surprise. Large and flavorful with proper heat. The quarter pounder was just what I expected .......quality below the fast food competitors. I would go back for the chicken to make sure mine was not one off good one. Rating 3

Associates are usually so sweet and happy to be alive but last night was not the same by no means. I guess they have the happier people schedule during the day because the night shift definitely should recheck their attitudes at the door. The gentleman taking the orders and payment, should definitely not be in customer service. Maybe more suitable for a non customer related position.

I would give negative stars if possible, they not only screwed up my order 2 times and asked me to pay more than expected bc they couldn't figure out how to place the order in the system, but when we got home after 30 mins or more of them trying to figure out my family of three's simple order with no modifications they completely left out my daughter's apple slices and she was very sad. So instead of treating my family to an easy night and a happy meal I was given stress and disappointment.
