I usually like that place as I love KFC anyways today lady was really rude and short trying ask question and didn't get any answers finally gave up ordered my food I got the pot pie meal. I didn't notice you couldn't inside I basically everywhere else now till after I ordered or would have ordered something different anyway that's my bad got away from there go to where I was going to go eat when I looked I didn't get my cookie the top of the pop I was basically inedible it was hard dried out very dark almost burnt looking so I'm still hungry cuz it didn't eat the top I need to find something later while I'm working little cuz little bit I I did have won't last and I'll be hungry later

This location is nasty, the staff was about as ghetto incompetent as it comes, and after paying $57 for meals, the French fries were crumbs. Looked like greasy shake & bake pieces of grit. I remember now why i stopped going there! Cole slaw was good tho. Two of the employees smelled like they was smoking that loud weed. I was like, damn.

After giving this location chance after chance, tonight will be our final visit to the Benton Rd location. We ordered our food and to get home and realize half of our order is missing. This is not the first time we have encountered order mess ups at this location. Every time we go something is wrong or something is missing. They mess up orders more than any McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Honestly, if you want kfc I would suggest heading to the Shreveport location rather than this one. The staff here is rude, the food is almost never correct, and it’s not worth it anymore. We need a different location that is run better here in bossier city.
