Dunkin

I love this location. Everyone is friendly and polite. This morning we were in a rush, I ordered the Warm Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie to go with my iced dark coffee black in the drive through. All was good but my cookie was hard, and cold 😢 I didn't have a chance to go inside to tell them, but I am disappointed, otherwise this place does rock!

If your going to use the 'on the go' Dunkin app, you better or 20 minutes before leave your house. On multiple occasions I ordered 10 minutes before arriving here and my food has yet to be started to be made. Usually because there is one person trying to handle 5 to 7 customers at once. Not satisfied.

We had an excellent experience at this location! We were three hours into a long trip and when we got out to grab coffee and sandwiches, my three year old fell and hurt himself on the sidewalk and started crying. An employee of Dunkin Donuts was outside, probably taking his break. He saw my little boy fall, asked him if he'd like a doughnut, and ran inside to bring him one! It was such a kind gesture and made my little guy feel much better instantly. AWESOME customer service and such kindness!! Also I must say that even though there were a TON of customers there, the people working there were super fast and got my very large order 100% correct! Fabulous location! Honestly the best Dunkin location I've ever been to in terms of customer service, speed and order accuracy. Awesome job guys!

I went to get breakfast here this morning. It's no surprise the female working thr cash register is where she is at in life... no where. I understand people have a bad day but maybe you should consider being nice to your coworkers, acting like an adult, and not yelling at people because they annoy you especially in front of customers. While the employee was not rude to me she acted like a 3 year old with a tantrum and was incredibly rude to her coworker. It was very awkward. Treating people in that manner will continue to get her no where in life. Will never come here again.

Worst experience ever. Asked for cold brew and gave me regular ice coffee. When complain about this to the crew member they says cold brew is like this. And asked for swet tea with lemon they didn't put lemon in it. When ask for lemon they told me that they put lemon juice in it but it didn't taste like it. I would never recommand anyone to visit this dunkin donuts.
