A most welcoming pub. We enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere is so friendly. Good value for money. The new owners are doing so much more and bringing life back to the village.

Appalling food, certainly not home cooked. Nothing was as advertised either online or on the actual menu on the day. No gammon, no tomato juice to drink, no Harveys beer, no cauliflower cheese and the dessert written on the chalkboard that …

We had a family Sunday lunch, for 14 of us, just a few days after the new owners took over. The food was excellent as was the service. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. We will definitely be returning.

Myself and two friends went for Sunday lunch. The food, atmospheric and staff were fabulous. We were lucky to get a table as fully booked at that time. The staff managed to fit us in. We three highly recommend as we try different places. My friend booked her family in for today Father's Day. I'm going to book for next Sunday.
