Every time we go to this place something is messed up with our order. This time we ordered 3 meals. They did not give us 1 drink, no straws, almost forgot the spoons but remembered at the last minute, and the fries were over cooked for 1 meal. Double check the bag before handing it out. I had three pieces of chicken in my three-piece meal I got two legs and a wing I don't think that was right one piece versus fresh the other two were stale they asked me to pull up in line to save their drive time and then brought my order out and had to go back and get

As both customer and employee, this place is horrible. The management is pitiful, and the shift managers and comanager pull all the weight. Things are constantly broken, so food is never right. Go somewhere else, for your own sake.

This is quite possibly the only time I will ever give a KFC a 5 star rating, especially the one in Booneville. However, this particular visit, everything was great, food, service, and the place even looked clean. So for this one visit, 5 stars.

After watching the cook pick up food and trash off the cook line floor and then handle the food..... I did not order and will not be back. That is beyond nasty and against code.
