I've seen both Allen and Sarah, and I keep coming back. Sarah's knowledge of the body is felt in every stroke - she is meticulous in her work and has strength and confidence behind it. I recommend her to anyone. Allen's energy work has saved me. Being a mother of a toddler, I've struggled handling my emotions along with my sons. After every session with Allen, I feel centered and grounded. He's prepared me with tools to keep myself aligned even when big emotions come up. I had no idea his energy work would make this big of a difference in my life. I cannot say enough good things about these two. 5 stars. 10 stars. 100 stars.
