Applebee's

Early Feb 2022, We walked in, asked for a table, honestly explaining to be told no they looked fullish...we were treated rudely when I said 2 young kids to adults to adults, but was seated right away. I had to have my husband go back to the front and ask for a high chair. We saw everybody else getting served with silverware and utensils when they sat...but we weren't treated the same. Our server was the nicest experience out of the entire restaurant. The food was cold, they stuck oven hot plates in front of two toddler's. It just was not family friendly the way they use to be.

Giving 5 stars purely for Kelvin’s awesome customer service. Each time they’ve helped me out they have gone out of their way to be descriptive about order details to make sure everything was how I requested and made sure to clarify order items/details when I get stacked DoorDash orders from Applebee’s 😁 They are also super friendly and sweet, GIVE THEM A RAISE because people like them encourage customers like me to choose to eat at places that might not otherwise be their favorite, just for the service 😊 Thank you, Kelvin 🤩
