I would give ZERO stars if I could. RUDE employees, wrong ingredients and would not change order, help or refund. "Manager" also standing on a chair in violation of OSHA with no gloves or anything to fill ice and yelling across store about violating law. We ordered online and were very careful about selections because of dietary restrictions. I checked the order before submitting and it was correct. After submitting, it routed me to Naches, WA (at least 100 miles away) and then when we got our order it was completely wrong. We opened them in the parking lot and immediately took them inside, but they refused to make us new ones. We left the sandwiches on the counter because we couldn't eat them. They would not refund or make new and said could only make what came in through system, which was obviously messed up. They laughed at us for having an issue and the manager was a complete jerk. Maybe this store will get closed down for code violations and then he can laugh at that.

I ordered a veggie sandwich on 3/10/22 at 3pm through the app. Picked it up to find it missing ingredients and smothered in mayonnaise. Completely disgusting. I’m so disappointed and ended up throwing this away. On 3/9/22 at 9 am I ordered from the app and got a sandwich that was great. Was hoping to repeat that but apparently the good employees work in the A.M.

I ordered a foot long Italian BMT to be toasted with pepper jack cheese. Asked her if ready for veggies since was drive through. Resonse was not, toast in after put cheese then ask you. Ok thanks. At checkout window, paid, but aaid card won't go th Er cough unless you put a tip on it. Gave option of 10% 15% 20% up to 30%. No custom tip and not option to say no tip. I did 10%. I went to meet husband to share, no cheese, not toasted. Had to get to the school ontime so unable to go back. I am transplant and have to have toasted. This was horrible experience. Been too many subways including this one, but this was the first.
