I have been eating at trappers for a few years, but lately i have been coming to Bonney Lake a lot more because of the people who work here and manager Laura. Her customer service skills are very wonderful and she has an eagle eye on everything in the restaurant. I’ve enjoyed getting to know her because it is nice to have great conversations with her and the chefs. , Tito, and Donvovan are my 2nd favorite chefs because they make jokes the whole time. Brandon is my favorite chef though because he makes the most delicious sushi ever. Rick is my favorite bartender and is a fascinating person to talk to. Jenna makes better drinks though ha ha. Along with the food, and your very nice servers and bartenders it is always an enjoyable experience.

It had been a while since I had sushi and Trapper's did not disappoint. My brother and I chose 3 rolls for lunch, and it was just the right amount of food. The service was fantastic, friendly and attentive. The rolls, yet similar, had very different flavors. Each one had a very lovely heat through both peppers and peppered sauces. I cannot wait this long to have my next plate of sushi and Trapper's will be my choice. Highly recommend, I have never had a bad experience at a Trapper's location whether it be Bonney Lake, Tacoma, Silverdale or Lacey.
Trapper’s never fails on girl’s sushi night! It took a while to get seating because of a misunderstanding by the Hostess, but the service was great! We’ll be back!
Trappers Sushi is the only place that I go for sushi. Great atmosphere, people and food. There are great alternative options for those who are allergic to shellfish like I am. Every time I go there, I have a great experience with the staff. Jenna was our server and she was helpful offering alternative sushi for me to eat. Jenna was a great server and very friendly.
Shout out to Laura and the amazing folks at trapper’s sushi in Bonney Lake for a fantastic meal and amazing service. After a crazy week, we decided a date night at Trapper’s would be perfect. When I forgot my purse behind, they went above and beyond to reach out to let me know. So thankful to live so close to such good people and awesome sushi!
Husband and friend had the all you can eat sushi, they had quite a few plates and both enjoyed the eel the best. I had teriyaki chicken which was quite good, can't wait to come back!
