Went with a small group to get some food. I got the firecracker chicken and duck gyozas which were amazing as always. Our server Eden couldn’t have been more helpful she was so lovely and really helped make it such a positive experience

I am a number 1 fan of all wagamama dishes and a loyal customer for years. Tonight, first time at Bolton branch, started off with a little issue with my main course. It got verified very quickly and fresh dish was served. I will not go into details because how it got dealt with is what matters. ALL staff were amazing. They were all very kind, friendly and professional. Manager came and spoke to me a few times and I couldn't fault him. I will definitely be back again soon!!!!

The food was lovely and the staff only checked on us once which was good. There's nothing worse than eating and people keep coming up to you asking about your food constantly. We went early so there were only a few people in so can't really say about the atmosphere. Will definitely be going again soon.

Honestly, today's experience was one of the best I've had. Shout out to the chefs- the chicken guoza was spot on, and the beef noodles were so well seasoned and the best I've had it! Mia was great and v. Attentive.

Had a fantastic experience. The food was fresh and delicious. Want to express my gratitude to the waitress, Pheobe, who helped me navigate the menu and choose something scrumptious for my lunch. She was kind, patient and had a fab sense of humour. Five stars all around for excellent service and food!
