Really great members of staff. I had an idea of what I wanted from viewing online. A lady from the staff asked if I wanted any assistance, she was incredibly knowledgeable and I came home with the perfect curtains and pole.

Staff in the cafe are lovely. Got a good offer on too, which I didn't realise. Spend £4 and a child eats for free. Choice of pizza or pasta, 2 snack choices (fruit, crisps, choc bar) and a drink. When came to checking out slight queue but went down quick enough.

Yes, once again, if you need it the chances are you will find it here as far as anything household is concerned. I never walk out of there empty handed.

Bought a curtain pole for the lounge as our old plastic curtain track got pulled down again for the 20th time this year. Easy to install and the only downside is not enough rings to hang the curtains on, so had to buy 2 packs of 6 at £4.00 extra each.

My friend and I came to the Bolton Dunelm it was lunch time.
We decided to have a coffee. We were served by a young lady called Lucy she was extremely polite smiled all through the transaction and very helpful.
She made our visit more pleasurable

This is a great store easy parking bays for disabled, little cafe, toilets I would say the checkout is slow having only 2 tills, but at least they are manned unlike other retailers do everything yourself 😔 cheek of it, never mind let's all blame covid grrrrrr 😡 rant over 🤪

I went at 10am during the week. Nice and quiet. Good prices on some kitcheny things that were equal to or less than B&M.
Female staff member on the door and at the till we're friendly and warm too.

Lovely staff member raksha went above and beyond for me today. I phoned to check the stock and she was absolutely lovely, she was bubbly, friendly and took me by surprise how amazing her customer service is. She’s a pleasure to the store and a pleasure to speak to!
