Having visited this chain restaurant in the past, I wasn't exactly enthused about going again. To my surprise though, the staff were very attentive, helpful and pleasant. The food arrived in good time and it was absolutely delicious ! The dessert was to die for too ! (not literally) All in all, thoroughly enjoyed the entire trip and definitely looking forward to the next visit. 5 ⭐

Food in general is fantastic. The spaghetti was slightly undercooked but still edible. The majority of staff seemed friendly enough but could smile more when serving customers.
The kitchen staff, however, need to stop slamming doors as it gives customers the impression that they don't want to be in work.

Our last evening in London before going to canada and service and food was a fitting way to enjoy our last evening. The nice woman got our table for four ready quickly and Bogumil was a great charm bringing Italian authenticity as host. Food was very tasty and kids as well enjoyed their spaghetti and pizza while wife had two serving of meatball and salad. I had the past with prawns and yummmmm!

Had the 3 course menu for £20 which was really good value. Everything was good especially the mushroom starter (could have eaten more 😋), ice-cream was delicious.

The waiting staff must be the busiest in Lancashire. Pinar and her sister work non stop ensuring that all food made by the 2 chefs in the kitchen is served out ASAP. Busy evening and they work non-stop and always have a smile on their faces. Nothing is too much trouble. I would say 2 very valuable assets to the company...

For a chain place it's pretty good. The lady (whose last week it was) made us feel very welcome at a large party with kids. Food was spot on and had a decent pint too.
