They continue to mess up our order almost every time we go there. This morning husband ordered big breakfast with hot cakes, 4 hash browns and two sausage sandwiches. So big breakfast, no hotcakes or hash brown. No hash browns at all in the bag. And one sandwich was bacon instead of sausage. He went back and they proceeded to make him feel like he was the one who messed up even though he had his receipt to show. So the give him the pancakes begrudgingly and I have to eat them with the rest of my breakfast that was cold already. They have the worst customer service, quality of food, and they are just out right incompetent. Sad thing is they are getting paid more money just to screw up your order, time and time again. Never going back again!

Came around 4pm for a quick dinner before a basketball tournament. Don’t live in this town and needed a quick bite. Ordered off the menu and nothing special. Got our order completely wrong and didn’t give us a receipt. Took order up to get it fixed and they acted like it was our fault. Then proceeded to fix order but only provided half fries and the sandwich was barely put together. The people in the back working were talking about how they want to go on break, go play with themselves, and other inappropriate things. Absolutely ridiculous!

I went through the drive thru to grab a quick bite of breakfast. I was not impressed by the service. It is one of the double lane order setups. I took the outer lane and for some reason was forced to wait for my order to be taken while the other lane kept moving. I was not very pleased by this development. The food was OK. I'm not sure how all of this will affect a return visit.

It was good the first time I went but the more I came back the sloppier it got. When I went through the tribe thru yesterday, the McChickens I ordered barely had any mayo and when you ask for extra mayo just to make sure its even on there they charge you 50 cents. The Dr pepper I got was already watered down. Let's just say I was there for over 30 minutes

Went around 8am spent 15 minutes in drive thru line. Went into the left lane when I drive up to order after 7 minutes in line was told to hold on, I then watched at two people in the right hand lane which were in line after me placed there order I finally get to say my order three sausage egg and cheese mcmuffins. He asks me twice I don't hear anything and precede to move forward to the checkout window my order isn't there I tell the lady there she then closes the window and say she is will ring it in... I leave....ridiculiousness

Had to go inside on our recent breakfast visit! The drive thru was super busy with lots of cars arriving at the same time and creating as wait time that was more than we were willing to give. The food and service was great.

I just left employment there.. if you want a do nothing job it's perfect.. but don't expect to be paid when you are told you should be paid.. and definitely don't expect management to direct you in any way other than to the bathroom it's boyfriend and girlfriend who manages it and boyfriends mommy is the main boss so it's just a good time to be had for them why actually know anything about your store or the employees

It's well overdue to reopen the lobby and get rid of some of the drive-through congestion. The COVID excuse is dated at this point. The drive-through is always packed and the service is incredibly slow. The pickup service is good but limited hours. The staff are very young, however, this is understandable and everything seems like a chore and that they don't like their job. This McD's is going downhill.
