Lemongrass Hot Pot

I would describe Lemongrass as more of a dining experience than a meal. Think of an all you can eat buffet where you get to choose your ingredients and have fun cooking your own food. You choose your fresh vegetables, variety of noodles and dumplings as they move along a magnetic conveyor counter so you can take whatever and as much as you would like. There are lots of protein choices that include seafood, meats and various plant/plant based items. Once you have chosen what you would like, you bring it back to your seat and place it in a hot pot with one of multiple soup/broth you choose when you are first seated. You are able to control the temperature of the pot at your seat and you decide how long you want to cook your ingredients. They provide you with all the necessary utensils to enjoy the masterpiece you create and there is a dipping sauce bar if you want some added flavors. Overall, the restaurant was clean and the staff were both attentive and nice. The price for the food was reasonable for what you are able to choose from but be prepared to spend $30+ per person. It was a great experience and we will be back.

Consistently delicious hot pot with so many options between the soup base, meats, veggies, noodles, and sauces. There’s a conveyor belt that skirts around the restaurant that’s loaded with various vegetables and noodles. There’s also a serve yourself buffet wall at the back that has meats such as sausage, pork, lamb, shrimp, crabs, fish paste, and so much more. For extra flavor, there’s also a diy sauce bar with everything you need to create your perfect sauce for your meal. Whether you want spicy, sweet, or umami, they have it. Their dessert offerings are a bit of an afterthought but this is a place you visit for hot pot, not desserts. Service is always friendly and the restaurant is one of the cleaner hot pot places in the area.

Clean and organized. The staff is very nice. The food always taste good and I have never had to wait more then 15 min. Sometimes they don't have the variety off food they always have on the belt. Its not because they don't have it, but because it's not being put in the bowls on the belt. I usually just go and ask for what I need and they always help me out. Overall great experience and fun. I will always go back !!!! Thank you 😊

Definitely the most fun I have ever had eating SOUP 🍲! I was a little confused when I first got there, because I didn’t understand how everything worked. But my waitress was wonderful and sweet and walked me through the whole process. The soup and all the offerings were delicious. I had a nice glass of wine and some little desserts at the end. I’m going to bring my kids back, I’m not sure what they’ll think of the soup but they will definitely love the ice cream bar!! 🍦🍨🍧

We were invited by friends and it was a great experience. The ingredients were very fresh and the food was delicious. The restaurant was bright and clean and everything looked very organized. The service was very friendly and helpful. We don't live in the area, but if we are ever passing through, we will definitely go back.
