This location has bad reviews for a reason. Was sold a defective product and refused a refund after walking backing into the store about 30 seconds after opening the item. The owner instructed me to reach out to the manufacturer and they would give me a refund.This was a bold faced lie. The manufacturer didn't give one either and said it was the stores responsibility. Terrible owner who only cares about money and doesn't value their customers. Escalating this to corporate.

I asked the store clerk to cancel a transaction and she said it was. After checking my bank account, it was never canceled. Instead my account was charged twice for the same purchase and it's been a week now and I have not been reimbursed. I reported it to there headquarters same and was told I would be contacted but that never happened. Neither the store owner or their headquarters contacted me about my hard earned money they stole from me!

I have been in customer service for 30 years as a manager. Today I stopped to get coffee on my way to work. At the register I noticed they had different containers of phone accessories. One box was full of white cords to charge with & a large sticker that said $5.99. So I thought ok I'll take one of those. My fault I did not look at receipt until I arrived at work & saw I had been charged $16.00. So I went back to store & told the clerk that I would like a refund because their sign said $5.99. She said not for this cord & that I should have read the description on the package. And I said they all are in the one box & look exactly the same. Your sign does not say from $5.99 to 16.00. It says $5.99 & every cord looks identical & there are no other boxes with white cords. She said well it's your fault & next time you should read the description on the box. And now I see that I never got the refund she stated was done but she has the cord & my money. No doubt I will be going back after work & get this straightened out.

The clerk who’s there every time I go in to purchase things or do a Postmates order is a jerk. Tonight I went in to do a Postmates order and he would not process the purchase correctly. The machine kept asking for a pin but I had to run it as a credit purchase. I told him this and he just shrugged his shoulders. It’s time for him to be replaced!

I am a delivery person and the old guy that works there has the worst “NO FRIENDS” Attitude and worst of all is that he places a sign on bathroom “out of work” leaving the customer out of use for their needs, I think public health authorities should take action to inspect this none lawful behavior (?)….

I put a one-star because there's no negative 1 *you should be a negative zero. I've been in business for about twenty-seven years and if I was supposed to treat my clients the way they treat their customers I wouldn't be in any kind of business at all. I park my vehicle one day got out with a napkin in my hand to throw in the trash lady come rushing out from the store start screaming at me that I supposed to walk down the block and throw my napkin in the trash! How ridiculous! You can check your cameras if you have any. She approaches me before I even get to the door in the parking lot.. the next time I went inside I try to buy some wings didn't know the proper name of either or, spicy buffalo or whatever, started screaming with such tone was very insulting that I asked for spicy and I wanted Buffalo but I should know what I want! Through the wings on the box and walked off Furiously, I didn't know what to say I couldn't even say thank you I was so insulted.
