Pizza Hut

It’s been a few (10+) years since I have tried a pizza hut lunch buffet and I probably should have made a different choice. This location is one of the few older dine in locations still left and it kinda shows inside. It’s a bit worn down in every corner, a little sticky, a little dark, etc. Service was good, the lady working there for lunch was very sweet and helpful. The food... wasn’t good... everything on the buffet tasted like it had been sitting out over night. The breadsticks were cold and hard, the pasta was a flavorless mush. It was worse than going to Cici’s and that’s saying something. Pizza Hut - why have you fallen so far from grace!

Ordered a pizza online for carryout at this location. When I finished ordering the pizza online, it told me it would take about 15 minutes. So I went inside the restaurant 15 minutes later to pay for the pizza and get it. When I first walked in, no one was to be found in the front and multiple employees were in the back were just telling me one minute please. And I just kept wating. Finally when someone came out to help me, they told me to wait 3 more minutes for the pizza. Until it was ready, I waited 15 more minutes. When I was given the pizza and got out, I checked the pizza and I couldn't even pull one slice off by its self. The pizza was decent, but not being able to pull one slice by its self was upsetting because I was ripping the slices apart in half due to the pizza not being fully cut. I didn't enjoy the pizza as much because of that. The employees seemed a bit disorganized due to how busy they were. There also seemed to be a odd smell in the restaurant. The place really needs remodeling due to how long the restaurant has been there and has never been touched since being built.

This place has given me the absolute pleasure of the worst pickup experience I've ever had. I waited a full hour for my pickup. My food was cold and sloppily made. Keep in mind I was sitting in front of the girl at the register the entire time and they were not busy. I am a very patient person so I went to ask again after another 30 min, at this point a full HOUR had passed. Someone obviously wasnt paying any mind to my waiting until I was visibly upset and wouldn't leave the empty counter. When I was finally asked what I wanted, they did not even know what order I was waiting on. She went back to grab my order and was chuckling the entire time. Not sure what part of any of this was very funny, but I was certainly not amused. I will never be ordering from this location. I wont even get into how inedible the food was. All around awful 🤷‍♂️
